The setup process and mapping the space was easy. We are happy with the vacuum purchase and hope it holds up for a long time. We don't intend to use the mopping feature so I can't report on that, but for the sale price of $300 we think this was a great purchase that keeps the floors clean of cat hair and cat litter between deep cleanings, which frees us up during the week to just enjoy the space. It's nice to come home from work to a clean floor!

I have been using robotic vacuums for about 10 years now. I don't expect them to completely replace the hand held vacuum units. I mostly use robotic vacuums to maintain the cleanliness of the floors between the deep cleans. I am satisfied with the bObsweep Dustin performance. It is not perfect, but it does it's job. I also periodically clean my robotic vacuums from the tangled hair and other debris. I would recommend it. In fact, I bought a second one.

Works great so far. We do not have pets, but we have seven grandchildren that this vac is cleaning up for. We work full time, so its nice to push a button on my phone from work and have it vacuum the whole house. We have not tried the mop feature yet and we found that it doesn't like electric cords, socks, and dryer sheets...lol But this one has worked out so well that we are planning to buy one for the basement.

I bought this vacuum during a summer doorbuster sale in 2024, shortly after receiving a Shark robot vacuum as a gift and falling in love with it. I was a little hesitant since I wasn't familiar with this brand, but I'm so glad I gave it a chance—I haven't had a single regret! It comes with its own app and also works seamlessly with Smart Life, which makes integration with Home Assistant super easy (if you're a smart home enthusiast like I am.) After several months of use, I did run into an issue where it would occasionally stop for no reason. I contacted customer support, and they immediately sent me a return label. About a month later, I got my unit back, good as new! Maintenance is simple—most of the filters are washable, and it's easy to empty and clean. I have a dog that sheds a lot, and this vacuum does a fantastic job keeping my floors free of pet hair. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

This is not a satisfactorily functioning piece of equipment. We bought this on sale quite some time back and have tried numerous ways to make this function as we felt it should but have officially given up. It simply will not do a decent job of picking up the same things our other brand of robot used on our upstairs floors picks up easily and with excellent results. We have tried switching them from one to the other. No luck. We will attempt to return it. DON'T bother BUYING this at ANY PRICE.

I have a total of three different brand vacuums at my house. This is the most trustworthy one. I-robot is worse of the worse. I used I-robot for over a decade and cost so much money and the quality and performance is not good. Recently I tried to buy different brands and this one is great. It’s been only a month but so far no issues.

It vacuums great - no problem there The mop however has some kinks: You need to hand move it out of room that has carpet ( my base is in a carpeted bedroom) or else it will release water onto your carpet!! When mopping it seem to repeat floors it had already cleaned and left some areas untouched . Also I added some floor cleaner into the water/ I need more than just water to clean bathroom floors. Yet I couldn’t find anything about doing just that Another negative for me was that little fan brush kept falling off. I had to search for it more than once.

Dustin has appealing features of vacuuming & mopping, however the rotating brush attachment kept falling off and the mopping feature is spotty at best. Also the mapping was off & difficult to figure out. I think Dustin needs more technical tweaking to work better and the brush attachment needs to be redesigned as it does not fit snugly enough to stay on. I think Dustin could be a competitive product on the market if these flaws were corrected.

This is my third Bob sweep and this one is more advanced than any of the rest I love that it vacuums to empty out the dirt it does a great job it did a terrific job mapping the whole living room dining room kitchen area and I have it scheduled to run every single day twice a day and then it cleans out the dirt and I fill it with mop water and the rag and just let it I have to add that every other day

The Dustin Robot was easy to setup, and I had no issues connecting to my Wi-Fi. I was surprised that it is quieter and actually vacuums my black rug that my previous iRobot would avoid. So far, I have only used it on my hard wood floors, and I haven't tried the mop feature yet. The Dustin also returns to the dock when it is finished unlike my previous robot, so it requires less supervision. It seems to have a good battery life; time will tell how it continues to perform, but so far, I am pleased with my purchase.
