The first few months it worked great, then there was a 'update' and I have had nothing but trouble ever since. I had to send it in for them to fix the problems with it as it would not save any 'map' and I couldn't use it all. It was returned and worked good for awhile, now, I have had to 'remap' the entire house a few times and even then it doesn't work as it did when I first got this. If it worked as it should, then it would be great, but there are to many issues and I get tired of having to 'reset' it every time and then re-map the entire house.

This is the best robot. I would suggest buying it. It does the job and does not bump into other objects.

If you have a 5G network, buy a different brand. This works only with 2.4 network so you are not able to use full features.

Great vacuum, hardly know it’s running , was loud unloading at first not sure if it got quieter or if I got used to it , lol!

Great addition to any household. Great job picking up after 4 cats and a toddler. Makes my life tremendously easier!

Not a lot of power, mop left streaks on the floor. I was very disappointed with this robotic vacuum. I took it back to Sam’s with no problems.

Not easy to set up and connect to WiFi. Doesn’t go off at times set on app. I have to usually manually start it.

Not impressed. Roomba does a better job. Short battery life. Wish you could just dump the dirt instead of having to buy vacuum bags.

It is not doing the correct mapping. When it is vacuuming, it stuck some areas and even you moved it from there it won’t work

Does not stay connected to WiFi. Have to re-initiate when I want it to work. Other WiFi tools do not have the problem.
