Disappointed in batteries

It worked great until the 1st battery died and neither battery would charge. Currently working with pro to resolve the issue. I also bought the extended warranty, so I have options.

Not recommended.

horrible, pieces fall and get lost and do not work properly, and worst of all, all the garbage in the tube gets stuck, the battery does not last enough, I do not like this product I want to return it.

Do Not Buy

Horrible product!! Battery life runs faster than Usain Bolt!! Extremely disappointed. A fully charged battery doesn't come close to lasting as long as it did to charge it in the first place!!!

Don't buy

Do not buy this product. It was great in the beginning, but I've only had it 6 months, and it's now dead. The batteries don't hold charge and then completely stop working.

This unit has some design issues. Not user-friendly on battery life, and the battery is continuously coming unconnected. Return it to the store and got another model.

Awful

Does just an ok job on floors, does absolutely NOTHING on carpet. I thought this would be a decent replacement for a Dyson, but it is not. Heavier, poor suction. Not worth the money at all.

Poor battery charge

I like the vacuum cleaner, however I am dissapointed the battery does not last long enough to complete the task. It is frustrating when you have to charge it up several times to finish the job.

Made of very thin, cheap plastic. The suction was inadequate for cleaning. I really liked the idea of a cordless vacuum and it came with two batteries, but I returned it for reasons of quality.

It's just OK

Although there are many attachments, the SHARK vacuum is much stronger and has a larger collection tank. The on/off button is under the handle where the trigger finger sits, so I frequently power down by accident. Overall, it's ok.

the vacuum head is too light so it easily “”flips” over. Maybe it’s not getting enough suction but definitely not good for use on carpet and vacuuming under beds . Took it back
