Batteries will only charge to 3-7% out of the box. I have left on charger over 24 hours & only 7%. Tried calling support. Only available 40 hours a week! Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm EST only. The vacuum works really well on my carpeted stairs using the pre charge on battery (this was after following directions and charging overnight before first use). Possibly bad charger since same issue with both batteries! Only 2 stars due to lack of support.

Makes cleaning a lot easier for someone living in a small apartment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ePro Select cordless vacuum was easy to assemble and works well on both my hardwood floors and carpet. I use it mainly for quick pick-ups in my kitchen. It has good suction for a rechargeable vacuum and is always ready when I need it.

The Epro Select vacuum is a big upgrade from my Samsung Jet 75. It’s lightweight, powerful, and much easier to use, especially on carpets and rugs. I love the floor light, the clear battery percentage display, and the convenient switch placement. It also comes with two batteries and plenty of useful attachments. However, after using it for a while, I found one frustrating issue: when opening the dirt chamber to empty it, the entire contents including the filter fall into the trash. There’s no way around it unless I hold the filter while emptying. It’s messy and annoying. If they fix this, it would be nearly perfect. Still a great vacuum overall, but this part could definitely be improved.

The placement of the trigger used to turn this vacuum on and off is in a bad location. It is on the handle where you hold while vacuuming and it is constantly being hit and turning off due to the location. This review is by the person who uses it the most.....the wife :)

Got it on sale for around $100 and it's just OK. The unit is not that sturdy: kind of a lightweight plastic. Suction is pretty good at full power, but the battery life is short maybe 20 minutes? I'm not unhappy with the purchase but next time I will spend extra to get one of the better-quality name brand cordless vacs that I have looked at.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bouth the pink stick vacuum and LOVE IT!! It is pretty quiet, picks up great, and has a lot of attachments that come in very handy. Most cordless vacuum batteries don't last very long but this one stayed charge for a long time! It is super easy to use, empty and to care for. You will not regret getting it!!

The suction is okay if all you need is bare floor cleaning. However if you need to vacuum carpet, upholstery or in your vehicle, the suction is not strong enough. On turbo, the battery lasts about 10-15 minutes but you have to go back and forth over the area to suck pet hair up. I cant even vacuum my whole suede sectional on one battery and I do this every other day. I returned the unit to purchase something with more suction power. Oh and the upholstery attachment tool has a plastic guard that makes it hard to use on furniture. It kept leaving scatch marks and almost breaking as i would go back and forth.
