Great little vacuum for quick pickups. If you are looking to use as your #1 stick vacuum, you will be disappointed. Takes longer to charge than run time. Glad it came with 2 batteries. I'm sure if you run it on the lower setting it will run longer, but I am not one of those people. Probably would be better suited for a very small place.

The suction is okay if all you need is bare floor cleaning. However if you need to vacuum carpet, upholstery or in your vehicle, the suction is not strong enough. On turbo, the battery lasts about 10-15 minutes but you have to go back and forth over the area to suck pet hair up. I cant even vacuum my whole suede sectional on one battery and I do this every other day. I returned the unit to purchase something with more suction power. Oh and the upholstery attachment tool has a plastic guard that makes it hard to use on furniture. It kept leaving scatch marks and almost breaking as i would go back and forth.

After using the Epro Select vacuum for a while, I can confidently say it's an excellent product. Initially, I thought emptying the dirt chamber was messy, but that was my mistake. I wasn’t locking the filter in place properly. Once I realized I needed to twist the filter clockwise to lock it, it worked perfectly. It didn’t strike me at first, and to be honest, I didn’t read the user manual, so that’s on me. This vacuum continues to impress me. It’s lightweight, powerful, easy to use on both carpets and hard floors, and the floor light is a great feature. The battery life is excellent, and having two batteries included is a huge bonus. I also really appreciate the clear battery percentage display and the well-placed power switch. To compare it with my Samsung Jet 65, the Jet 65 is very hard to move on carpets. I believe the clearance between the vacuum and the carpet is too narrow, which causes more friction. The handle is also poorly designed and using the button actually hurts my fingers. When it comes to removing and attaching accessories, the Epro Select clearly wins. The flexible tool included with Epro is also very useful. I never feel any discomfort using this vacuum. Highly recommend this vacuum. Great design, great performance, and a pleasure to use.

After fully charging, we began using the vacuum to help clean up after a big family gathering. This handy vacuum has plenty of power to clean hardwood floors or carpeting. We especially like the attachment to glide under the couch and chairs. The storage rack was easy to install and keeps all the attachments organized and ready for use. Use the charging station if you install the rack near an outlet.

The placement of the trigger used to turn this vacuum on and off is in a bad location. It is on the handle where you hold while vacuuming and it is constantly being hit and turning off due to the location. This review is by the person who uses it the most.....the wife :)

I got the hot pink color, and it's very pretty. The vacuum has enough power to clean anything, but the problem is the battery. When fully it's best to use it on the mid setting when cleaning hard floors and the battery will last longer. When used on the turbo or highest setting, you will have very short battery time, so I use the high mode when cleaning rugs. The attachments are a plus as well as the extra battery that's included. This was a pretty good buy. NO CORD!!!!!

Most cordless vacuum batteries don't last very long but this one stayed charge for a long time! It is super easy to use, empty and to care for. You will not regret getting it!!

I bought one of these for myself and one for my daughter. They are so handy to quickly sweep up my kitchen floor and other hardwood floors throughout the house. I had a battery question and Denise responded quickly and efficiently. Great customer service!
