Hello, this is Denise with customer service. We are very sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. After reviewing your situation, we would like to send you a second replacement battery at no charge to you. Run times may vary, but typically a full charge will last 45-60 minutes on the lower setting recommended for floors and handheld use, 25 minutes on medium and up to 10 minutes on the turbo setting. The type of floor surface and accessory tools can also impact run time. Please contact us at service@eproselect.com or call our team at 1-888-858-9100. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance. Thank you.

Returning Immediately

Out of the box, the actual vacuum attachment would not work

Doesn't work as supposed

Waste of money, it didn't even vacuum a hair, no power.

Great for Game Room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to clean my hardwood floors for my kids game room Vacuum does a great job picking up dirt and dog hair from the floors. Crevice tool comes in handy to clean along the baseboards.

Such Power!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On a full charge, I can get my entire house clean. I use different speeds, so mine lasted 48 minutes on a charge. It probably lasts 60 minutes on the low speed. Works for me!

WORTH THE MONEY

I got this as a Christmas gift from my husband and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The suction and battery are wonderful. It lasts enough to clean my whole house and does a great job. Thinking of buying a few more to keep around for gifts!

Im in love!!

This vacuum is great with so many different pieces you can attach to it, plus an organized dock that you can mount on the wall. It’s helped me get in those hard to reach spaces and has removed tons of cat hair from the couch. Happy camper here!

Filter is Washable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this vacuum and I am very impressed with this. The filter is washable-so love to be able to clean that out and re-use it and not have to search around for other filters.
