Hello, this is Denise with customer service. We are very sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. After reviewing your situation, we would like to send you a second replacement battery at no charge to you. I want to assure you that each battery is lab-tested fully charged after 3.5 hours with run times of 10-60 mins pending speed and attachments. Run times may vary, but typically a full charge will last 45-60 minutes on the lower setting recommended for floors and handheld use, 25 minutes on medium and up to 10 minutes on the turbo setting. The type of floor surface and accessory tools can also impact run time. Please contact us at service@eproselect.com or call our team at 1-888-858-9100. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance. Thank you.
