This is Crystal with customer service. Thank you for leaving a review. We apologize that your experience did not match your expectations. After reviewing your situation, we would like to send you a second replacement battery at no charge to you. Each battery is lab-tested fully charged after 3.5 hours with run times of 10-60 mins depending on the speed and attachments that are being used. Run times may vary, but typically a full charge will last 45-60 minutes on the lower setting recommended for floors and handheld use, 25 minutes on medium and up to 10 minutes on the turbo setting. The type of floor surface and accessory tools can also impact run time. Please contact us at service@eproselect.com or call our team at 1-888-858-9100. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance.
