After reviewing your situation, we would like to send you a second replacement battery at no charge to you. I want to assure you that each battery is lab-tested fully charged after 3.5 hours with run times of 10-60 mins pending speed and attachments. Run times may vary, but typically a full charge will last 45-60 minutes on the lower setting recommended for floors and handheld use, 25 minutes on medium and up to 10 minutes on the turbo setting.
