Hello, this is Denise with ePro Select customer service. Thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you love your vacuum; our staff will definitely be happy to read what you wrote. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in every day. So, thanks for your kind words and we look forward to seeing you again.

Angie We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. Each battery is lab-tested fully charged after 3.5 hours with run times of 10-60 mins pending speed and attachments. Please contact us at service@eproselect.com to try to troubleshoot it further for you. Run times may vary, but typically a full charge will last 45-60 minutes on the lower setting recommended for floors and handheld use, 25 minutes on medium and up to 10 minutes on the turbo setting. The type of floor surface and accessory tools can also impact run time. Our model features a detachable battery that can be interchanged with another battery pack sold separately, recommended for larger homes and frequent cleaning. You can purchase them with the following link https://www.samsclub.com/p/epro-select-25-9v-2500mah-rechargeable-battery-pack/P990325365?xid=plp_product_1 Denise
