Great price, but under delivered.
122723 - First and foremost, the battery life isn't very good. 10 mins in "turbo mode," really? A whopping 10 mins of the best suction this thing produces. Not very impressive. The suction wasn't that great and the debris canister was a bit small. Kind of a bummer the unit doesn't stand by itself too. I get mounting it to your wall, but the darn thing should be able to stand upright when not in use. The maneuverability, the attachments were nice, and the price was (Christmas timeframe, huge discount) great! Being cordless is awesome, but the battery life just isn't where it needs to be. Heck even the Dyson models are just as bad. One hour is nothing!

It's not a Dyson, but has some redeeming qualities
Comparing this to my Dyson v7 stick vac, I'd say the two biggest cons is the lack of suction and the design of the main roller head. Most Dyson's come with a "fluffy" head for hardwood, and a standard roller head that's better on carpet. This only has one main rolling head with soft bristles that don't really beat into carpet/rugs well. Floor edges are a bit tricky due to the wide margins on each side of the brush roll. It also struggles at time with larger pieces (think dog kibble sized). Not sure if that's a roller head issue or lack of suction, but those items get kicked around in the roller head and then fall out at the end of the vac session. On the pro side it comes with a ton of awesome attachments, the small roller head did an amazing job on our couches. It has an extra battery. The wall mount actually holds all the attachments. There's a light on the head that reveals dust in its path. There's so many things I like about this vacuum I'd love to see them do an improved model in the future with better suction and floor rolling heads. This has made a great quickie vac to pair with our corded vac until we can afford to upgrade to one of the current-gen Dysons.

Disappointed
I loved my new vacuum. It has great power on high setting. But that depletes the battery in 10 minutes. I love all the attachments, ease of use. Great for my hard wood floors. Lightweight which I love. I have had it 2 days and neither of the 2 batteries will charge. Now what? :( can I get free replacement batteries or do I send all of it back. Makes me sad to go through a teturn process so fast.

Stay Away
Poor design, cheap components, and awkward handling make this vacuum a real disappointment. Shame on Sam's Club for selling this substandard merchandise. The cost of returns will hopefully put this product off the market. You cannot fold this vacuum for storage. The provided hanger doesn't fit and knocks the battery free. The part you hold is too heavy and the tube has a joint that constantly disconnects making vacuuming tediously ackward.

Battery doesn't hold a charge long enough
Wish the battery would LAST LONGER when you vacuum at the top power. Got it to do homes I clean. It is easier to transport than corded vacuums. I have to carry the charge cord every time I leave for work. It picks up ok even at lower speeds. In fact it picks up well at all speeds. The battery just hold long enough to vacuum a WHOLE HOUSE. So I guess I'm going to have to find an extra battery or buy a different brand.

I need more time please!
Great vacuum, It came very well packed and organized. Very easy to assemble. I love the power modes and the simple click on and off, Its almost perfect! But, that battery is lacking, it takes 1 hr. to charge but it only lasts about 10 min on high. All day on the charger is the same result, Over all it is a great value! Come on SAMS, do something about the battery! Let the Vacuum do the sucking not the battery.

It looks and feels like a toy. DO NOT RECOMMEND
It was like a fisher-price toy. We fully charged the battery to 100% and it literally lasted 6 minutes total before it was nearly out of power. The ePro Select did not perform as described. Maybe mine is just a dud, but, that would speak volumes of the company's Quality Checks. Sad, because I did want this to work for us. Do no recommend at all.

Very underpowered battery
The build quality of this vacuum is decent, but the battery is ridiculously under-powered. Using the highest suction setting, after only 4 minutes, the power meter went from 100% to 15% and then at 5 minutes, the power shut off. I didn't get a chance to finish cleaning even half a room.

Replaced Dyson Cordless Vac
This cordless vac replaced a Dyson that wouldn't keep running. It kept shutting off. So far after a few weeks, we like this new cordless vac. Only concerns are that the battery doesn't last long at the highest setting and the dog hair builds up around the beater brush and the small wheels on the bottom of the beater unit. These issues are not deal breakers and easy to clean up. Also, a little concerned about the plastic parts of this vac. Hopefully they hold up over time.

Not too bad
I have 2 Dyson sticks and last year I decided to purchase this ePro because of the cost of the new Dyson's. The vacuum is lightweight and the additional tools are a plus! The only thing I don't care about is that I have to run it on low or medium to be able to get through my 1800 SQ ft home which is all tiled. I have 5 cats and lots of fuzzy things at times! I can only put it on high for the area rugs. Battery should have been upgraded to last longer on the high setting or include a second one. Otherwise great deal on the price, it's worth the money!
