Hello, this is Crystal with customer service. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that your experience was not as expected. We suggest only using the flexible, bending adapter when you need to reach under furniture. It's meant to help get under tight areas, but for vacuuming open areas we suggest only using the motorized floor head. Please contact us at service@eproselect.com or call our team at 1-888-858-9100. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance.

Dear Customer, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear that it is very convenient for you. Your feedback helps us do better. If we can be of assistance, please email service@eproselect.com or call us at 1-888-858-9100. Sincerely, Customer Service
