Received a day later than promised. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t need to stay frozen. All of the dry ice was gone and the rolls were defrosted and the lobster was thawing too. My kit also did it include the seasoning packet. Very disappointing.

Same as others, had hoped for two bags of lobster but came as a single bag, so had to do all eight rolls at once. The seasoning kit is mostly salt. We used just half the seasoning and the salt over powered the meal. The lobster and rolls were good. Plenty of large chunks of lobster.

I was supposed to receive on Meatless Friday.....that is why I ordered it...but I didn't....it arrived Saturday. Meat came in one large package NOT two and it is just me eating this...so that will probably be a waste. In order to see the two "methods" of preparing you either need to look at this site or scan on your phone.....can't you just slip the instructions in the box vs. the card you place in the box. Taste was OK.....Sams said they would keep me posted when it was being sent....they didn't......so would I purchase again...NO....esp. not for one person.....come on Sams...get it together.....

Twice the amount of Cousins kit, and half the price. Lobster is from Stanley Pearlman Enterprises, great quality and texture. Obviously flash frozen at the source. Arrived at my address after a two day delay...STILL frozen. Followed the instructions...lobster rolls for days. Sublime. Please never stop offering these!!!

I wasn't sure if the quality was going to meet expectations or not. Being transplants from New England to the south we grew up eating fresh lobster and I was skeptical that a frozen "kit" could measure up. We were very pleasantly surprised at how good this was! Two pounds of mostly whole lobster claws. This definitely satisfied our craving for lobster.

I'm so glad I accidently purchased this! The quality and quantity are that of the rolls I've had in Connecticut, at more than half the cost. Arrived nicely packaged and so simple to put together. I did not use the seasoning packet so I can't speak on that.

We loved ordering this product last year. The lobster meat originally shipped in two 1 pound packages, but the last shipment was one 2 pound package and as much as we love the rolls it was way to much to thaw at one time. I don't see anything in the product description indicating two bags of lobster, so I'd be hesitant to order it again for our small household. Highly disappointed, we ordered it at least 4 times last year.

So glad I tried these! They came very fast and I had to try them right away. So much lobster and so easy and fast to prepare. I melted butter and toasted the buns then heated the lobster, sandwiches were delicious and quite a lot of meat between them.cant wait to order again.

I just got this order and I am not happy with it. The shipping container is not good , just in a cardboard box with foam cushion and dry ice. The dry ice was all melted. I only received half the order . I will never order this again. Buyer beware and think twice about peoples reviews!!!!!

Don't believe the ordering/shipping schedule posted although they do give you an approximate delivery date, mine was almost 3 weeks after delivery. I ordered in the winter so everything came well frozen. These were just okay. I'd probably give 3 1/2 stars if that were an option. the rolls came with pieces flaking off and were hard (after thawing), but microwaving them for 30 seconds really helped. There is a generous amount of lobster once thawed and released from the vacuum seal with lots of large pieces, mostly claw meat. My biggest issue is the lobster was not very flavorful. We choose to eat ours hot with old bay and butter. The first time I heated in a saute pan real quick. The second time I heated in a bit of water with sugar, lemon juice and old bay. That was definitely the better of the 2, as the sugar in the water gave the lobster the sweeter flavor I am used to. They were not a total fail but, for the cost and taste, I will not purchase again.
