Like others, we'd hoped to eat lobster rolls but that won't happen. The exterior box was almost fully opened and looked like it had been kicked and tossed around multiple times; so it wasn't surprising to find the dry ice had completely evaporated, especially considering FedEx picked up the order at 4:57pm on Sunday June 28, 2026 and it wasn't delivered until 10:34a today July 2, 2026. What's curious is the discrepancy between FedEx delivery data and Sam's delivery data. FedEx shows delivery as 10:34a today July 2, 2026. I can attest to that as I was in the garage and saw the delivery driver speed away. Sam's delivery data says the order arrived yesterday at 10:34a, "as requested and safely delivered. I'm not sure what safely means to most people but tossed on the front porch, on its side, nearly opened does not mean safely delivered to me. The surface temp of the kit box was 66 F. The surface temp of the single bag of lobster was 47 F and the lobster was sitting in a sea of milky fluid. The rolls are mushy from condensation that formed inside the kit box. Had I not come home early from the hospital this morning, just minutes before the delivery, the order would have sat on our porch for another hour and would have been even warmer. I recorded unpackaging of the order, in case Sam's has doubts.

These were very good. Much better then we expected! The portions are decent and very tasty! Would buy again and recommend!

The lobster was delicious and fresh. No shells and there were good size pieces. It arrived frozen it was very well packed. I will definitely buy it again.

Great lobster roll kit! extremely impressed! we didn't use the seasoning packet that came with it. We prefer ours with a little mayo. The rolls were very good as well. Came on schedule, GREAT PRODUCT ! Less than half the cost of local eating establishments with at least the same if not better quality !

The product arrived frozen and sooner than the initial shipment date. Shipping details were constantly sent to me. It was very well packaged. The lobster and rolls were exceptional. Full of chunky claw meat that was firm after thawing. I removed the dense pincer claw meat since we don't like that part, and there was still.alot of meat. The directions were easy and perfect. We like our lobster rolls overstuffed, so it was perfect for 4 people. We will be ordering this again.

We had ordered this product before and was satisfied. So we decided to do a double order and throw a party for my family the next day. Absolutely disgusted. One box had zero dry ice bags and the lobster was completely thawed out. The other box had a dry ice bag that had was opened totally melted and the box was soaked. Refrigerated both immediately. Now trying to determine if the product is consumable. One lobster bag is frozen, the other thawed but cold. For the price I paid, you would think that all the required dry ice would have been present and could withstand the 2-day transit.

I expected two 1-pound bags like the video shows but got one 2-pound bag. I was going to thaw one and leave one frozen along with 4 rolls, for down the road but we had to eat all 2-pounds straight through since it can't be refrozen once thawed. I was hoping it would taste closer to Maine Lobster. This Canadian Lobster isn't as sweet and has more of a fishy taste and smell. It also doesn't come clean. There's a white gooey film over a lot of the pieces, including under the "skin". You'll see what I mean if you purchase it. I've purchased lobster kits from Maine before and it arrived clean. Of course, it was twice the price. I do have to say this kit had almost all very large chunks. You will have to blot them dry because they are a little waterlogged. I sliced the sides of the rolls off and toasted them on both side in a butter pan. I also warmed the lobster up in butter that I seasoned with the spice that is included. I also made lobster salad with mayo and celery and served it on the rolls untoasted. All and all it was a nice treat but I'm not sure if I would order it again.
