The lobster was delicious. I used the New England recipe cold lobster with mayo and lemon juice. I'm happy what can I say?

I was very impressed with these lobster rolls. They give you plenty of lobster claws. When package arrived it looked small but once opened and unthawed lobster meat. It was more than plenty for each roll. Highly recommend. And much cheaper than paying more than $20 dollars at a restaurant.

Pat the lobster dry with paper towels, then sauté with butter. Butter the buns and lightly toast, then drizzle with melted butter and the seasoning. Took me back to Newport R.I. For a hot Lobsta Roll. I added some fancy lettuce to the bun then stacked on the lobster.

I've bought lobster roll kits from other places like Goldbelly and this was definitely as good as the others I've tried. The best part is Sam's club is half the price of other sites. I will definitely be ordering again. This is a once a month treat for my wife and I.

The lobster meat was amazing tastes great zero shells in it nice large pieces. The rolls were so fresh I would have sworn they were fresh baked that day. Everything arrived nice and cold and on time. I would definitely order again.

I was hesitant to make this purchase because I read a review stating how the customer received their lobster meat at a warm temp with the liquid bubbling inside. I was hoping perhaps this was a rare occurrence and that Sam's figured out a better way to ship this lobster roll meal kit. I receive home meal delivery subscriptions all the time and they package it with ice and there's never a problem so I had hope that this would arrive just fine. Unfortunately, my lobster meat arrived warm and the liquid bubbling inside of the package. The dry ice bag in the box was completely empty. I wish I would have had the chance to try these but unfortunately that didn't happen. All the lobster meat had to be thrown away (such a shame). I would like to add that Sam's customer service was very apologetic and helpful in issuing me a full refund.

Please read the reviews, and not just the overall rating like did. It shipped super late and took and extra day to arrive. No day ice left in the box and just warm lobster. Such a sad waste. I don’t know why they don’t ship with more ice and faster shipping.

Maybe Sams will get the message. Many customers are receiving this product defrosted. We got a full refund. This was our 3rd order. First 2 were excellent that we even suggested it to many of our friends. Then we found out that it is now sent in one package. Used to come in 2 1-lb pkgs that was perfect for our family. This third delivery was actually warm in the box. Package didn't sit outside as the FedEx driver handed it to me from the truck. Of course it was supposed to be 2-day delivery. NOT. Received it on the 3rd day.

I wouldn’t know if the lobster rolls were good or not. They arrived melted and smelly with no dry ice anywhere in the box. Liquid from the lobster meat was leaking everywhere. Horrible delivery.

Does not come frozen. There was zero ice to keep it frozen. I order frozen items all the time. this was placed in a paper cooler with nothing to keep it from defrost. You are now forced to eat this within days of receiving.
