Sam’s Club uses FedEx for shipping, and FedEx is terrible! The lobster kit was shipped with dry ice. However, since the package was not delivered until TWO days after the original delivery date, the dry ice was gone, and the lobster meat was rotten. What a waste… and totally the fault of FedEx. Fortunately, Sam’s issued a refund for the unusable product.

i hope this was a fluke, because I really enjoyed these lobster rolls last year, but the ones we just got only had 2x 1/2lb bags of lobster instead of 2x 1lb bags. Sam's is refunding me half the price-- glad we only planned on eating half tomorrow because we'd be out of luck.

The rolls were hard, bag not closed properly. No dry ice left, meat was thawed but still cool. Thank goodness I was home when delievered, meat would have spoiled in this heat quickly. We didn't use the seasoning packet included, too strong for us. Had to go out for bread, bummer, to fix Lobster rolls but once that was done, enjoyed the lobster. Don't think I will order this again.

This is the best deal for lobster rolls. They came in frozen and perfect. Opened one bag, FRESH not that fishy smell. The lobster are large claws and knuckles, had to tear them down to eat, Wow! I didn't use the spices, hubby can't eat spice but a little melted butter on the lobster and rolls with celery, light mayo and salt, perfect wharf fresh lobster rolls! Definitely buying this again!

Nothing to do with the product, the shipping process was an ordeal that compromised the freshness of the item.

The lobster was delicious. I used the New England recipe cold lobster with mayo and lemon juice. I'm happy what can I say?

Amazing Lobster Rolls!! I upgraded my Sams membership just so i could have free shipping on these, and i am not disappointed. The lobster meat was delicous! I like that there is no tail meat, because im not a fan. But the taste was perfect! Reminded me of the lobster that comes from Cousins Main Food Truck or Lobsterdogs Food Truck. Even the buns were amazing! i had backup buns just in case these were a dud. But they were so so good. I even took a part of the roll to just eat with butter. Shipping was fast, it was here in less than a week. The lobster meat was still mostly frozen when it arrived, which was suprising given the heat we have been having. I will definitely be ordering again! It is worth the membership upgrade!

Quality of the lobster claw meat and fair pricing makes this purchase at the top of my list. My family loved the flavor, quantity and quality of the Connecticut and Maine lobster rolls. The rolls were very tender and toasted well in the frying pan with butter. The flavor packet was good, but a little stronger than we had in the past.

I received these last week and they were great. Packed extremely well with dry ice and arrived perfectly frozen. Very easy to make once thawed, basically add to large lobster chunks to heated butter and heat for few minutes then add lemon juice, the Connecticut way which I like. Came with a seasoning packet but I forgot to use on the 1st batch. 2 packets 4 each comes up to $12.50/roll and you get a lot more lobster meat than when you buy it and pay close to $40 each. Will be buying more for sure.

Like others, we'd hoped to eat lobster rolls but that won't happen. The exterior box was almost fully opened and looked like it had been kicked and tossed around multiple times; so it wasn't surprising to find the dry ice had completely evaporated, especially considering FedEx picked up the order at 4:57pm on Sunday June 28, 2026 and it wasn't delivered until 10:34a today July 2, 2026. What's curious is the discrepancy between FedEx delivery data and Sam's delivery data. FedEx shows delivery as 10:34a today July 2, 2026. I can attest to that as I was in the garage and saw the delivery driver speed away. Sam's delivery data says the order arrived yesterday at 10:34a, "as requested and safely delivered. I'm not sure what safely means to most people but tossed on the front porch, on its side, nearly opened does not mean safely delivered to me. The surface temp of the kit box was 66 F. The surface temp of the single bag of lobster was 47 F and the lobster was sitting in a sea of milky fluid. The rolls are mushy from condensation that formed inside the kit box. Had I not come home early from the hospital this morning, just minutes before the delivery, the order would have sat on our porch for another hour and would have been even warmer. I recorded unpackaging of the order, in case Sam's has doubts.
