I received an I refrigerated pack warm Dry ice room temperature I called and the only process available was for someone to make an appointment to pick it up. I won't order this item again- poor delivery and nothing but aggravating answer

This lobster is in big pieces and it is delicious. The rolls are perfect. I hope Sam’s offers this again.

Everyone in my family loved the lobster rolls. It was an easy kit to prepare. The lobster is in chunks and very fresh. The rolls were delicious.

These were so yummy. Good chunks of lobster. The buns were a little crumbly but were very soft. It did take a day longer to arrive.

Really paying the singles tax these days. I feel like Sam's missed the mark with this one. It's always been served in (2) 1-pound packages. This makes it easier for a single person to enjoy. A single two-pound bag doesn't make sense for 1 person.

these were so good. Huge chunks of meat, lots of tails, and no shells. We only used 1/4 stick of butter and only 1/4 of the seasoning packet and that was plenty. I'm glad we did otherwise the seasoning would have overpowered the lobster flavor.
