Good little generator. I already have the i2200, and wanted to try this i2500. It's a bit louder than the 2200 (because it has a bigger engine) but still pretty quiet. We'll see how it holds up long term but my i2200 is several months old and it still runs like a champ. I use it a couple times a month when I go down to the beach.

This is my second I2500 purchase. I purchased the original as a source for my fifth wheel while boondocking. I’m so happy with the original, I bought a second and a parallel cord so I can run both generators for my AC. Nice to have the pair to run both AC units but don’t have to lug the second generator during the winter.

We put oil and gas in it then hooked it up to a instant pot to see how well it would carry the load did a great job. So then put blow drier on it with the instant pot and worked great. We RV a lot so we wanted something that would carry all the stuff we use. It run our microwave witch was important. The only thing it was louder then we thought it would be. Hope it continues to perform and we have no trouble with it.

Picked this up after Reading the reviews. When I received the generator I put it outside filled it with oil and gas gave it three pulls and it started right up. As advertised the unit is very quiet. I intend to use it for emergency power outages, plugging in various items in my home using extension cords. I expect that this will fit the bill perfectly

Generator was bought to run a 14,000 BTU portable air conditioner. It has no problems powering or start up on 14,000 btu air conditioner. The air conditioner is a Whynter ARC-14S Duel hose portable A/C. Overall I am very pleased with the generator it is very quiet and fuel efficient.

I am very impressed with the completeness of the generator as received. It contained everything needed to start it up (except gasoline, lol.) Nice digital control panel, with readouts for all important operating parameters. Noise level is acceptable, but I wonder how far away they held their noise level meter when they measured their claimed 52 dB operating level.

Generator arrived in good condition. Added fuel and oil and with a couple of pulls it started up and ran great. Highly recommend using the fuel sold in stores or ethanol free gas. It's more expensive but will save you headaches, problems, and down time in the future. Ultimately you will save money buying more expensive, but much better fuel. It is very quiet at idle and no load. With a heavier load the throttle picks up and it becomes louder. I don't feel it is overly loud or louder than expected. It seems well made and for the features it offers, you cant't beat the price. I recommend this unit and would buy it again.

Great Generator! Started right up and broke it in the proper way. It runs the 15,000btu air conditioner on our fifth wheel. It is pretty quiet compared to other generators I have had in the past. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a portable gen set that has lots of power and quiet.

I've been keeping an eye on inverters online for longer than I care to admit. I decided to buy ne last fall but knew I wouldn't need it until spring (barring an ice storm over the winter) so I had time. This one has what I need, a couple 110 outlets and 2 USB's. Plus, I don't remember seeing one that puts out this much power for a unit under 50 lbs. Until I retired, I borrowed a nice red one from work a few times a year for camping. If you painted this one red I'm not sure I could tell the difference. It starts easy, runs quiet and responds well to changing loads. Time will tell but with proper maintenance, I expect long term flawless performace from this unit.

We bought two of these to run tethered together so we could run our air conditioner in our travel trailer while boon-docking & for the light weight so we can lift them easily. It wasn’t a terribly hot day so not sure if this will be the case when we actually need to use them boon-docking, but we not only ran the air conditioning but brewed coffee at the same time and it never hit half power available! Not only that but these were sitting within 6 feet of where we were talking and we didn’t have to raise our voices at all to hear each other! So when we put them at the back of the Travel trailer the sound will be even quieter. Absolutely thrilled with them!
