Easy to operate. Simple instructions. Quiet running. I purchased for emergency use. Looks like a good unit to meet my electric needs if we lose power. Nice chart in instructions to show approximate power needs of typical household appliances (fridge etc)

After reviewing all the features on this unit, I purchased it when it went on sale at my club store. I'm happy to report, that it arrived in great shape, unlike some on the forum reported. No complaints with quality. Is convenient, with carrying handle, to take camping, as well as keep around the house for power outages. I'm still in the process of breaking it in and testing it, but so far I'm quite pleased.

Generator arrived in good shape. I added the oil that came with it and added gas and it started on the second pull. I ran a pancake compressor and a circular saw intermittently for about 20 minutes to start the brake-in period. So far so good compressor handled that load with no problem.

So thankful I bought this after last snow storm hit us in Texas. Thought I might use it for a hurricane or something, but then the crazy snow storm of 2021 hit and I pulled it out and fired it up. Ran our refrigerator, and freezer off of it. Then cycled them off and ran our other refrigerator. Kept all our food safe for over four days. Ran a lamp at night also and charged our phones. It was incredible. Quiet. Efficient. With cycling and turning it off over periods of time I only used about 5 gallons of gas over four days! And with Gas in short supply that was a blessing!! The LED indicators let you know how much run time with the amount of power it is using. This thing was a life saver for us. My wife was so thankful I bought it!

The week after I bought this generator, our power was out for 48 hours. This came in very handy. I was able to run our fridge, deep freezer, modem, router, pc, tv, and game systems all at the same time. There was one time that it stalled and I think it may have been because of the efficiency switch being on. So far it has worked very well. A full tank lasted around 10 hours for us.

I have owned many portable generators before and after much research, the iGen2500 was the very best choice. Runs smooth and quiet (59 db at 25'). Under 50 lbs and easy access for maintenance. One of the key features i was looking for was the amperage output (19A). I was able to run a 12k window a/c unit with less than 50% draw on the generator. Also, electric chainsaw and a 1500 watt portable heater, not all at the same time. Provided oil, tool kit. and funnel. A 32 page owners manual, with routine maintenance instructions, and an illustrated parts breakdown for parts ordering. In particular, i like the lcd display and the eco boost switch. All and all, it is a dependable, powerful generator and highly recommdnded. Three year warranty and excellent customer service.

I only ran it for about 5 hours to break in . So I can't give a honest review except to say I love the how light and quiet it is. I don't like the fact there's no fuel valve which is important. My other generators all have the fuel valve which I turn off and burn out the gas in the carburetor . Keeps it cleaner .

I bought this generator to supplement another Westinghouse I had because it was on a great sale. Boy little did I know I would need it so soon as I live in New Orleans and lost power for seven days. When the hurricane approached, I filled the oil and gas, started on first pull. It ran like a champ, so glad I bought it.

I like the units size and weight. The plugs are 20 amp, which means you should not overpower the breaker on the plugs with normal plug-in devices. The not so good is that the generator is not super quiet, as a matter of fact it is not quiet at all. Additionally, it might use fuel faster than expected. The warranty is nice and long.

This looks to be a very good value at the price paid. Easy setup, but I did have to order carburetor jet kit for high altitude as the unit is rated up to 2K elevation. Jets are avalable for eacy 1K additional elevation, but only up to 6K feet. I started and ran the unit at my 9K elevation with no problems, just doesn't need much choke! Seems to run ok so far. Satisfied so far and much lower price than some other units. Sound is ok.
