Generator arrived in good condition. Added fuel and oil and with a couple of pulls it started up and ran great. Highly recommend using the fuel sold in stores or ethanol free gas. It's more expensive but will save you headaches, problems, and down time in the future. Ultimately you will save money buying more expensive, but much better fuel. It is very quiet at idle and no load. With a heavier load the throttle picks up and it becomes louder. I don't feel it is overly loud or louder than expected. It seems well made and for the features it offers, you cant't beat the price. I recommend this unit and would buy it again.

I received the generator a few days after I placed the order and immediately opened the package to make sure everything was good. Product was perfect. I followed the instructions for the first time use to make sure everything was in functioning order. After following the easy step, I was surprised when the unit started on the first pull. I tested a few items after the break in period and everything is working great.

I only ran it for about 5 hours to break in . So I can't give a honest review except to say I love the how light and quiet it is. I don't like the fact there's no fuel valve which is important. My other generators all have the fuel valve which I turn off and burn out the gas in the carburetor . Keeps it cleaner .

Purchased in Aug for a 2 month trip out west. It will power a 13.5 btu ac with a soft start. Gets a little loud but I was ok with that. Heads up on running in high altitude (read directions). Can be hard to start. Also, I would recommend to use non ethanol gas. Compared to other generators in this class. This wins hands down because of the digital display.

Generator arrived in good shape. I added the oil that came with it and added gas and it started on the second pull. I ran a pancake compressor and a circular saw intermittently for about 20 minutes to start the brake-in period. So far so good compressor handled that load with no problem.

So thankful I bought this after last snow storm hit us in Texas. Thought I might use it for a hurricane or something, but then the crazy snow storm of 2021 hit and I pulled it out and fired it up. Ran our refrigerator, and freezer off of it. Then cycled them off and ran our other refrigerator. Kept all our food safe for over four days. Ran a lamp at night also and charged our phones. It was incredible. Quiet. Efficient. With cycling and turning it off over periods of time I only used about 5 gallons of gas over four days! And with Gas in short supply that was a blessing!! The LED indicators let you know how much run time with the amount of power it is using. This thing was a life saver for us. My wife was so thankful I bought it!

I like the units size and weight. The plugs are 20 amp, which means you should not overpower the breaker on the plugs with normal plug-in devices. The not so good is that the generator is not super quiet, as a matter of fact it is not quiet at all. Additionally, it might use fuel faster than expected. The warranty is nice and long.

Haven't used it yet. Haven't had an emergency. A generator isn't something you get out and use everyday or even once a week. I'm sure it will be fine. It was an excellent price and it was portable. that is what sold me on it. Keep those low prices coming!

Great product for the price. I had a couple little issues, like a dirty gas take and one broken spark plug. All easy to remedy. I purchased two and have ran each one for almost 2 continuous hours with and without loads to test their capability and operation. So far so good. Again, for the price you can't beat these little Generators.

It’s still relatively new, but so far the generator has met all expectations. It’s quiet, starts on the 2nd or 3rd pull and runs well. I especially like the electronic fuel level, output and hour meter functions. Would definitely recommend at this point.
