Everything you need is in the box even screwdriver to remove cover. Oil funnel screws in, is clear plastic and has a rubber seal. This made putting oil in a breeze. and no mess. Filled with gas, set to choke, pulled cord one time and it was running. I like the digital display. Currently running the 5 hour break in. Unit seems well made. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this generator.

As an MC and race announcer I am in need of power when a plug in source is not available and this unit has proved to carry the load of my voice and streaming music through my sound system for hours on end. Pretty user friendly for a non mechanical/technical operator like myself and any issues I've had would have been alleviated if I would have JUST READ THE DIRECTIONS! Personally I like the color because it ties in with my logo and separates itself from others being used at events. Would buy another if I'd ever need to.

Just pulled it out of the box and my first impression is very positive. The fit and finish is great. The attention to detail (tools and oil included) is noteworthy. The directions seem very well explained - for this non-mechanic. I’m a little intimidated by the frequency and scope of maintenance but I’m sure that would be the case with any generator. All in all an impressive start!

I have only had the iGe2500 for a day, but I did give it a good test with various loads up to 1600W. It started easily and performed very well. I hope it maintains its performance level over time. The engine idle was not quite a smooth as I would have liked, but is no worse than my Honda EU2000i. I love the meter which shows power, voltage, fuel level and remaining run time. I verified the voltage reading against a very accurate meter and it was correct within 0.1V, which is quite good. This unit is a great value, especially since it provides more power than the comparable alternatives.

The first one that showed up didn't work but they sent another one right out and it started right up. I feel confident we'll be more comfortable with any other California blackouts that may come our way. We got a great deal on a pay over time plan to make it affordable for us. It's a good brand. I hope we don't have any issues with it.

I ran this iGen2500c for the recommended break in period. I must say this is the easiest generator I’ve ever started. Two pulls and it fired up. If runs pretty quietly and is easy to monitor with the digital display. It is well worth the price paid.

I bought two of these for use when camping with my 40ft Fifth Wheel. I am very happy with how quiet they are and the ease for storage. They are light weight and easy to carry. Looking forward to using these on the road. When running them, I don't even hear them inside the camper.

I have a larger Westinghouse generator I purchased for power backup to my house and to power my travel trailer when parked at campsites that don't have hookups. That unit is fairly loud and uses a lot of gas. I purchased the iGen2500 because it is smaller, quieter, and has an eco-mode to save on gas. Out of the box and gas added, the unit started right up. I tried using it to power the 15K btu AC on my travel trailer, but the unit required more startup power than the generator could provide at peak. I installed a soft-start device on the trailer's AC unit and now I can run it on the generator. That generator runs great, and I really like the gauges on the front. It's great to see the power it's producing (amps and voltage), and the remaining fuel level. Another thing of note is that the unit comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty and a 2–3 year parts warranty.

We are super impressed so far with this product. For the price, the quality and features are great. It includes an hour meter, a special oil funnel, and only requires two screws to get off the side for servicing. All of these feature make it easier to service. It is quiet started on first pull when testing it after we added oil and fuel!

Very happy with this generator. I have 8hrs on it as of now. During the 5hr brake in this machine preformed grate. I used two 1500w electric heaters verging the load from 25%to50%then no load at all. It ran grate and got more power as it got closer to 5hrs after that i could run one heater at 1500w and the other at 700w with 75%load. Today I plugged it into my house and ran my boiler garage furnace two fridges and my sump pump with no problem. So far i love it.
