seem to be nice and quiet. 1000 times quieter then standard generator. performs as stated. lifetime technical support phone number is part of the face plate so, you will always have it. i bought the i2500 and the i2200xle and the parallel cord. never running out of power now. same price as one honda and i have more power. thats nice

I bought this to use at football game tailgates after walking by all the tailgaters around and noticing which generators were the quiet ones. This Westinghouse was quiet as the “red” one and cost less than half as much! I’ve already found it handy to use while working in my barn to power a fan and lights.

Watched many videos and reviews on this inverter before purchasing but still couldn't imagine how quiet it was until I first used it. It is very easy to move around and start by yourself. The display for fuel level, output wattage, time remaining, and running voltage is why I decided on this one vs the next model cheaper. It is easy to see from a distance without going outside to check the fuel. I bought this for running my sensitive electronics while my larger generator powers the rest of my house. I look at it this way, this inverter generator is cheaper than buying a new smart tv that could break due to using dirty, unfiltered, unregulated power coming from a conventional generator.

Purchased my IGEN2500 to get me thru power outages. I ran the unit and put a sizeable load on it. The unit handled the load with no issues. What really impressed me was how quiet the unit was compared to other models that I've had in the past. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I reviewed several units over the period of a month before deciding on the IGEN2500. I recommend this unit to anyone that's looking for a inverter generator at a fair price.

Good build quality, and reasonably easy to transport. The generator startup up on first or second pull, and was easy to setup. It is fairly quite and has served its use thus far. Plan to use for tailgating, camping, and occasional emergency back up power.

I bought this generator mainly as a backup power option for my house to power essentials when needed. Very simple to setup and operate and I like the LCD display features. Generator noise is nice and quiet and it is possible to have a conversation near it without raising your voice. I also liked that it had an oil fill attachment, making setup easy and clean!

What I like about the iGen2500: 1. Handles 1200 Watt inductive loads very well. 2. Gently sips gas. After 3 months of intermittent use, I have only filled the gas tank one time. 3. Data center will display fuel level, voltage level, power usage and run-time. 4. On "eco mode" the unit is very quiet. 5. Burns fuel very cleanly. I have notice that exhaust fumes produced from this unit are not very harsh like other 4 cycle engines. 6. Starts very easy. Starts on the first pull with proper choke usage. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase. It is a very good buy.

Generator was delivered today. Ran it in for 30 minutes to check operation. Operated flawlessly. Ran my table saw - it used 25% of the generator's capacity. The LED info panel is great! It's good to have that information. Let it run out of fuel and drained the carb float bowl - the drain valve and hose are a really nice touch. This is our hurricane generator. Hopefully, we'll never need it again.

Researched for a month. Decided to go with a Westinghouse iGen2500 because of its light weight, specs that meet my needs, and reviewed performance. I received my new generator today and could not be happier. From packaging, quality of build, and materials, I can tell that my generator was built with care and built to last. Starts easily; no joke; and is very quiet. Did I mention lightweight? Highly recommended.

Used this for the first time this week. Directions were straightforward. Added the oil and it fired right up. Ran it continuously for about 36 hours. Followed the directions to change the oil at 20 hours. Only problem was the LED Data Display did not automatically rotate. Hoping to receive my bonus generator cover soon for leaving a review. Bonus did not affect my review.
