its broke first time use..now they want me to go out my way to get it fix

We have not used our generator yet however we enjoy Westinghouse products and are confident that we will be please with this product.

Excellent generator. Easy to set up and get running. Seems to put out the amount of power it is advertised to.

I should have bought this BEFORE I lost power! I haven’t had a chance to run it yet, but it looks like a pretty good generator.

We have a planned power outage and decided to use it to keep the fridge and a portable AC unit running. Should be good since it was easy to set up!

Love the dual fuel option and this one handles the appliances I need it to. Better to have backup power when you're out of power.

Worked for multi day power outage. Dual fuel is great, so easy to hook up propane from grill to get rolling right away.

Checking things out ran good on 1st start up will be back after power outages and respond accordingly.

I bought this because we lost power for two days. I like that it’s dual fuel. We will be ready for the next power outage.

Assembly was straightforward and very easy. It started on the second pull. 15 minutes from box to run; All in all a very nice unit.
