This generator was extremely simple to setup and to get running even for a 75 year old. Pull start is the only thing keeping this from a 5 star, however the pull to start is buttery smooth out of the box. Cannot wait to run this through the gauntlet this summer with my trailer camper on trips with the grandkids!

Assembly was very easy and fast. Poured in the oil (provided)I started with propane and it started right up. Transferred to gas and it started right up. This unit will be used for power outages to keep my: freezer, refrigerator, internet, chargers, laptop with power to spare for a small heater. I made a great choice and very happy with my purchase.

Too early to give it a full review, but I bought it this week and have tested in using both gasoline and propane and it works as advertised. Startup with the remote electric start is a real luxury. I'm still sore in the shoulders from trying to pull start my old generator (it never started which is why I bought a new one).

Living in wild fire country, power is not as reliable. This generator was easy enough to setup. The instructions are accurate and helpful, except for the choke operation is backwards. Starts easily with correct choke. We have not truly tested with a large load, but I expect good performance.

Easy set up. Great price. Easy to follow instructions and only one hick up. There is a misprint in the set up instructions. Instructions says set the choke to the off location when cold. It should be set to the on position. Always choose on when generator is cold. Only go to the on when you are restarting the generator after it’s run awhile. Otherwise no problem with generator. Love this product.

I finally broke down and bought a generator. I am so glad I choose the WGen5300DFcv - Dual Fuel with CO Sensor Model! I love the option for duel fuel, easy to put together and always good to be prepared! Looking forward to continued use and always being ready for what mother nature has instore.

Purchased prior to a storm and luckily haven’t had to use it. I’ve connected it to the home and just run it for a few hours (on propane) and it seemed to manage everything minus the main AC unit. Hope to never have to fully rely on it, but sleep comfortably knowing it’s available and capable of powering the essential of the power ever goes out. Love the dual fuel option to keep it empty of fuel when not in use.

Easy assembly. One design change to improve would be to make the oil fill more accessible, even just a move out closer tot the perimeter. I have to work repair options due to the pully assembly apparently being damaged. Appears dented in and the cable won't recoil after first pull.

Just received the generator and have only did the initial test run of the unit. It came with everything needed less fuel and the unit started up on the first pull. It runs a lot quieter than expected. So far I am very impressed with the product and would recommend it anyone looking for a generator.

We live in TX and have some crazy freezing weather (sometimes) and we wanted to be prepared. This is the best way to be prepared considering it runs on both fuel AND propane. Not only will this keep us warm and running its a great addition to support the RV
