Easy set up out of the box. Started on propane with about 5 pulls after filling with oil and hooking up to bottle. Glad I went with the non electric start model to save the $150. Now after initial run it starts first or second pull every time on LP or gasoline. Seems like a solid unit for the money. Curious to see how it handles heavier power loads but seems to do well with the smaller things I’ve powered with it so far.

The generator did what I expected it would. I ran two refrigerators, a freezer and tv, lighting, internet along with Water heater. This is not the generator to power your whole house at the same time but it worked for me. This one does not come with cord so you will have to buy one.

Awesome buy! I have been wanting a generator for a while. After Helene came through and we were out of power for 5 days, we saw these at Sam's for a very good price. Easy to start and the benefit of dual fuel is a huge plus!

Great deal runs on either gas or propane. Husband tested and it started right away easy to move around. Love the drainage hose to remove any left over gas.

Worked great! This generator helped us get through days of outages from hurricanes Helene and Milton. It worked fantastic right out of the box after some simple assembly. I’m so grateful I purchased this item.

Bought this right as we were dealing with an outage that ultimately stretched into more than twelve hours. I'd considered buying something similar but it felt a little silly until we were facing the reality of being without power for more than just an hour or two. The generator itself seems to be excellently built and I love that it's dual fuel (this will be a huge plus). It came well packaged, the box a bit roughed up but that's literally the point of the box. The contents were completely fine and all present per the inventory in the manual. In terms of mass / weight and size ... My wife might struggle to move it without the wheels or to lift it, but it's lighter than my modest motorcycle and small enough that even in the box it was easily able to fit through a domestic door and down a corridor. It comes with the oil you'll need to start it up, a basic toolkit (which includes a socket for the sparkplug) and plenty of documentation, including a decently sized manual and a booklet with a full part by part breakdown and part numbers. As I mentioned with the build quality, everything looks nice (for now) and more importantly feels very solid and capable of standing up to its job. The solid wheels would be a hassle if you intend to move it over rough ground (like a work site or ranch land) but are completely fine for domestic purposes. The controls are large enough and well situated to be obvious and easy to use, and it can apparently transition between using propane and gasoline whist running, as long as the propane tank was properly connected before starting the generator - a very nice feature on top of being able to use both fuels in the first place. I can't speak to its actually running performance at this time, but there are hundreds of reviews online of this or functionally identical generators from Westinghouse and the concensus is that they're good. I'm as happy as I can be, at this point, and I expect to continue to be pleased with it. I also trust Westinghouse to put right any issues if they do occur (unlike certain other generator brands, I gather). If you want a generator, with flexible fuel options, and don't need the power capacity of the larger and much more expensive options, this is a really good purchase.

We bought this generator this past February after we had a ice storm that left us without power for 3 days. I did not need it until this past week here in August when a storm come through and we were without power. I put the oil in it and filled it up with gasoline and started it up. Perfect running and not once did it lag when I plugged something up in it. So glad I made this investment, now I am ready for another ice storm or thunderstorm.

This is a great generator with lots of great features. I love the fact that it is dual fuel. My only complaint is the instructions could be written better and in more detail. It took me just a few minutes to figure everything out. I ran it for an hour with no load when I first got it. Within three days our power went out and I easily ran two small freezers with no problems for three hours until the power came back on. I would highly recommend the generator.

Purchased to provide electricity for our home during the recent hurricanes. Ran for no more than 12 hours and stopped. Can’t return because box was opened! Customer service for Westinghouse is useless. Have to wait 7 - 10 days to have a technician call you back!

Nice unit, however, followed the instructions and it does not start. Utilized the propane and no fire. Contacted Westinghouse and they too verified I followed the instructions. Still waiting on a decision as I requested a new unit from them. In theory, really cannot give a solid review then what I provided.
