its broke first time use..now they want me to go out my way to get it fix

stopped running after 3 weeks

This was our piece of mind when we were facing the big freeze in Texas this year. I didn’t have to worry about my family because we had options, I especially love that it takes propane and gas!

Great generator for prolonged power outages. Easy to start using gasoline, a little harder with propane. Kept two fridge/freezers running plus a fan, two aquarium pumps, a fan, a drop light at night, and a phone charger. What it cost was made up by food saved. A little noisy, consistent with similar generators. Nice product. Pleased with performance.

We bought this during hurricane Beryl and saved our bacon (well, after we lost our groceries). It runs fairly quiet (neighbor was impressed), powered our fridge and charged our battery backups, and ran smoothly. the only odd thing is that it starts when the choke is in the middle, but not in the on or off position.

This is a good unit and has a good capacity. I first put the unit to work during hurricane Milton as we were out of power. Experienced an issue with idle and the unit not operating properly. Used the choke to fine tune it and I made it work. Now I will get the unit serviced and repaired. I expect this to be corrected and the unit will be ready for the next power outage.

To be honest, some first time startup problems. First pull on the starter cord and it jammed when retracting. Wasn't a terribly hard fix but had to remove the recoil assembly and shorten the cord by tying an extra knot in the end. Had to look at a YouTube video first. However, someone with no tools or experience might not have been able to do the fix. I bought it because it runs off of propane and I had hoped to not put gas in it at all and thus not worry about gas stabilizer or draining. However, I could not get it to start the first time out of the box on propane. I put some gas in it and when I switched to gasoline it started fine. I was able to switch while running to propane without a hitch. Haven't as yet tried a cold start with propane now that it's run a few minutes. Otherwise looks well built. In addition to the dual fuel I like that it has a CO2 sensor that will shutoff it off if needed. Could truly be a lifesaver.

Bought this generator because we seem to be losing power more often. Haven't used it yet for a power outage. We have been starting it to get use to it, it starts very easy ,plugged a fan into it worked good, like that you can use gas or propane with it. Seems to be heavy duty and well built.

Generator is nice and compact. Lighter and quieter than expected. Rolls around easily, even on gravel. Starts on first pull on propane. hook up is easy. All the controls are easy to see and access. Runs my RV air conditioner with ease. So far, this generator has exceeded my expectations.

This generator was extremely simple to setup and to get running even for a 75 year old. Pull start is the only thing keeping this from a 5 star, however the pull to start is buttery smooth out of the box. Cannot wait to run this through the gauntlet this summer with my trailer camper on trips with the grandkids!
