After a minimal amount of assembly and adding gas and oil, this generator fired right up. My worm drive skilsaw had more than enough power to do the job. I also noticed the quietness of this generator. Looking forward to many years of service with it. Priced right too.

One of two air cleaner cover clamp brackets was not formed with the proper dimensions and simply vibrates during operation and provide no retention force. I was able to correct the dimension sufficiently with two vice grip pliers. Otherwise, set up was uneventful and the unit functioned properly for the outlets I tested.

I've used this generator about three times now. Works great so far. Starts on the first pull, ran a 4' PVC (2500 watts, 120 volts) pipe heater all day with no problem. I love the little oil funnel they give you, it screws into the oil filler threads so no spills. It could have been a little longer and wider (that's what she said. sorry couldn't help myself 90's kid). Have to hold it tight and pour slow. Overall seems like a great generator for a good price.

I bought this today as mines went out and I needed it ASAP as I was on the job site Immediately I was impressed with how quiet the generator ran I was expecting forward to be a whole lot louder and with the multiple tools that we had hooked up to it I was really impressed he did not struggle did not strain it work exactly how I needed it to to

We are very pleased with this generator. We bought this right before Hurricane Ian made landfall to SWFL. We live in South Ft. Myers, 4 miles East of Ft. Myers Beach, the hardest hit area. This generator exceeded our expectations!!! We used it with gas and with propane. It turned on the first time every time. I would recommend this product to anyone. Directions for use were easy to follow. It's easy to hook-up the propane and fill it will gas. It was study and didn't shake or make weird noises. We didn't have power for 5 days and this generator did a wonderful job keeping us cool. We plugged in a portable AC unit and a few fans. We ran it all night and it never died. We even plugged in the washer on Day 5 to wash clothes. We can't thank you enough for making a generator that worked the first time, in our time of need. If you need a generator this is the one for you. Great product at a great price!!! Thank you

Bought this unit to supply power in a horse trailer living quarters and as a back up for grid failures. Not the biggest unit but can be handled by wife and dual fuel is a plus. Had some initial regulator issues but techs were great and got the parts ordered ASAP. Quieter than anticipated and fingers crossed for durability.

The feet were hard to install due to the M8 nut on the frame not being either machined properly or aligned to the frame holes. That is my only complaint. Other than that, the rest was simple. I certainly recommend having another hand to help out, this thing is heavy.

Spark plug cracked on second day of using it. Not quality reputable brands like ngk plugs or any big name brands for the carb. Air filter was like tissue paper. Plug was fouled too so carb was running rich wasting very expensive ethanol free gas I bought especially for jt. The tires feel like a little tougher version of Styrofoam 😂 Everything will rust like crazy no matter how or where you store it. First time I changed oil after it's stoped working on the end of second day and the oil was black with grey tint. Don't buy this I think there was even a recall on these in 2019

I haven't had an occasion to use it just yet, but it was easy to put together. It came with a cool little funnel thing for putting in the oil. It's nice to know that when the Trump supporters start wrecking more than the capitol, I'll have the ability to keep my insulin cool.

This was the best thing we ever have done was to purchase this generator, it is great and is dual fuel. Just what you need for when the power goes out, as the summer heat and monsoon storms are always causing rolling blackouts and this will take care of keeping our freezers and refrigerator going and anything else we may need. it is not too big to move around by yourself either.
