Received this generator as a Christmas gift and love it. It is very compact and easy to move with the wheels and has a nice look to it. It was very easy to start and it will definitely come in handy when needed during power outages, which we have had a lot of in recent years.

I am 70 Years old and have NEVER been able to pull start anything. I pull start this easily. I am not intimidated by this generator, very easy to use. Gave me lights, heat, refrigerator, freezer everything to get through a power outage. Highly recommend!

I bought this two months ago after experiencing being without power for seven days. Unfortunately, another storm is headed my way but my prayer is that this generator will prevent me from having to endure the inconvenience of another long power outage.

I bought this four days ago online through Sam's club. It gets to my house today I open it up and find the recoil starter was damaged in shipping. I call the support number and after a long phone tree, I'm put on hold. After a minute on hold, they hang up on me! Isn't that some bravo sierra!

I bought this to power a 28ft Travel trailer. My previous generator would not work well at altitude; 9800ft., it wouldnt even run a 900W microwave. This unit powers up the entire trailer, including the AC, with no problems. It is bigger, heavier and a little louder. The wight is offset by the nice frame and wheels which makes it easier to move around. I really like that it is dual fuel, dual voltage and all the plugin options. Have not taken it on a trip yet but looking forward to our first outing using this generator.

I can only rate this product for the condition in which I received it.. It was not damaged coming out of the box, all the supplemental products were included, and the set up seems easy enough. Have not had an opportunity to run it yet .. but .. so far .. so good.

Bought this for the inevitable power outage that gets us when least expected. Now that I have this generator at the ready, there has been no power outage in my area....but I am ready for when there is. After filling the oil,, it starts and runs easy enough, but that is all I have done so far.

We purchased this after a recent power outage and had researched top dual fuel generators and this was at the top of the list. It was very reasonably priced compared to other generators of the same size. The dual fuel feature is really important as we used propane to run it! Works great and kept our necessary appliances running flawlessly! Great purchase!

Bought the 5300 watt dual fuel model a month ago and finally got to test it out. Assembly was straight forward. All tools needed for assembly were provided. 10w30 oil was provided; just the right amount. Very thoughtful that they provided a funnel to pour the oil. Following the instructions provided, I connected my propane tank to it. While most of the instructions were good, I wished there were more pictures to supplement the instructions. After starting the generator with about 4 pulls, it started. We plugged in a hair dryer to the 120V but it did not come on. Then I realized the generator was set to 240V. Once, I flipped it to 120V, the hair dryer came on as expected. Now, I wished the generator came set to 120V instead of 240V. Also, I wished the warning to turn off the generator before switching between 240V to 120V was shown earlier in the instructions. Overall, a decent dual fuel generator.

I am a 30 year old woman and decided I wanted to be more prepared in case of an emergency. My dad helped me unbox and start this for the first time. I was nervous, but after doing it all once I feel comfortable enough with it now. I feel like I could get it started on my own when the time comes. It started up easily and quickly as expected. Instructions were clear and it came with the oil it requires. It also provided a maintenance schedule which I though was helpful. It's heavy, but the wheels help with that. No complaints so far.
