Just unboxed and easily assembled the few items. Filled with the supplied oil, and ran it on propane for the one hour break-in period. It is so much quieter than expected and already had two neighbors asking me questions about it. WILL NOT BE WITHOUT POWER during another TEXAS snowmageddeon!!!!!!!!!!!!

this unit will get you through a power outage nicely !!! love the dual fuel capability gives you another option in an emergency situation !!! only take away it's a little louder than i thought it be, but is not a deal breaker, i'd still purchase it again.

Bought it for emergencies in this crazy weather in Texas mainly to connect our fridge. Tried it for the first time and it was easy to turn on. I really like that I can either use propane or gasoline to be able to use it for a longer time if needed.

I bought this product to prepare us for the upcoming hurricane season, to test it we powered it up and plugged in quite a few appliances and it was able to provide electricity to a lot more than we originally believed. It is a perfect size to store away while not in use.

Bought this yesterday, haven't had a chance to put it through it's paces but the unboxing and prepping for use was a breeze. The tools necessary for assembly of feet and tires were included as was the oil. Just need to provide the gas and you're good to go.

I just bought this but know I can't go wrong with Westinghouse. This unit has the best of both worlds involving fuels so I'm excited. I still have my Troy-Bilt 3550 but is 18 years and time for a quality replacement. I wanted a to up the wattage and the dual fuels give me more ability and easy. Don't need extra stress with these hurricanes. Of course was over due to replace the older propane tanks. I keep 8 30lb LPG and have retired all my 40 lb tanks. Getting age on me to so switching to dual fuel and 30lb tanks is a winner and believe me I have been doing this for 18 years.

As a first time generator user and now owner, I have to say this is a perfect generator. Once mounting hardware was installed, oil added, and it gassed up, this generator operated great! It is perfect size for an average home to keep essentials running when power is out. Living in South Louisiana, we are used to the yearly game of chicken with hurricanes. Though I don't ever want to have to use it, I am confident that if/when the time comes, this generator will be up for the challenge. I was very surprised at the compact size. It will literally fit under a regular table.

I'm not sure if I already registered this but had a recent opportunity to finally start it and found that it had no power output from the panel's 120/240-volt 30-Amp Twist Lock Outlet (NEMA L14-30R) nor on the 120-volt 30-Amp Outlet (TT-30R). Is there something involved here not mentioned in the owner's manual such as grounding required of the unit or the cable needs to be connected? Circuit breakers were pushed in. Had power output on the two 120-volt 20-Amp outlets. All checked with a multi-meter.

Setup, and starting, for the first time was simple for a first time user. Recommend reading the instructions especially if you’ve never used one before. The oil input can be a bit of a mess with the screw on funnel so use towels or cardboard for clean up.

Bought this generator to replace an old non inverter type. This generator is much more quiet while outputting 1.5x the power. Really like that this has 220v capability as most in this price range do not. also appreciate the 3 year Warranry when others are only a year. Overall this is an excellent value with really good features.
