I bought this in January 2022 and have already experienced 3 power outages since then. I like the handle which makes it easy to move around. I'm a single mom and I can easily move it around, fill it up and start it! It seemed a little intimidating at first but after watching a YouTube video I felt comfortable starting my generator. I ran my lights, refrigerator a.d aquarium with no problems. I highly recommend having one for emergencies. If you add some fuel stabilizer to the gas, you won't have issues storing it for future use.

Just purchased this today 9/5/22. After a little help getting it into the truck (It’s solid), got this generator home, and what a breeze of easily assembling the wheels and mounts—took 10 minutes. I’ll be running non-ethanol gas to be on the safe side. Competing in various cookoffs across the country, I am excited because of its dual fuel feature. As you know, some cooks may take quite a bit of time, and in the event that I do run out of gas that transition to propane to not lose temperature and continue to cook. I’m excited to see if it works out for the best. Regardless, I feel this is a solid purchase for anyone needing power needs.

I bought this as a back up for my home. Having a switch installed to allow this to power most of house except the a/c. Also have the option to use with my trailer and use the Propane option. Very easy to assemble and direction are easy to understand.

My brand new unit never started. Called tech support and after some going back and forth, they had us bring to a local shop. The shop could not get it fixed after getting 3 different parts from Westinghouse. Westinghouse then sent a new unit which arrived completed damaged and had to get returned. We finally have a new unit 2 months after initial purchase. It works on gas so far. We haven't tried the propane functionality yet. There is instruction that comes with the unit telling you to call technical support instead of returning to the store if there are any problems with the new unit. In our case, it would have saved us a lot of time and Westinghouse a lot of money (they were out the shop fee and 2 additional generators) if we just returned it to the store and bought a new one. All in all, we spent hours between calling Westinghouse, calling the shop, and travel to and from the shop. I contacted Westinghouse about any compensation for the inconvenience and have not heard back.

I really appreciate the fact that this model has wheels and a handle for mobility. The motor stared right up. All the controls are simple and straight forward. It even comes with the first container of premeasured SAE 10W-30W oil. I really like the dual fuel feature. I couldn't be happier with this generator.

I bought a new home in Austin. The winter ice storm was a real chilly wake-up call. Been looking into generators. I like it has the dual-fuel option. I started up this weekend, It was fun to light up a campsite for some Glamping..Hope I won't need this Winter but feel more prepared.

I've wanted a generator for a long time, then finally decided to get one just before x-mas, as a self gift. Then in January, big snow storm and we lost power for 4 days. So glad we decide to get this generator. Pretty simple to set up. Took about an hour since it was my first time doing this, so took my time and re-read the instructions like 3 times, lol. It powered right up. I used it to power our fridge and run the furnace overnight. basically ran it for 2 days straight with no issue, and still had plenty of gas left.

I bought this during Hurricane Ian and it was a life saver. Easy to start and plenty of power to run my refrigerator and small appliances and charge the phones. The only minor complaint was the oil dipstick was very easy to put back in just a little crooked so that oil spewed. I became adept at adjusting it carefully.

My Generator arrived in pristine condition. Once unboxed the instructions were clearly written and easy to follow, it took about 10 min to get it set up and running. I chose to run on LP gas. it started right up and was humming like a sewing machine. I would highly recommend getting one for your needs.
