Bought this to replace a generator that had been damaged during Hurricane Irma in 2017. There's a storm heading our way right now and I feel good about this purchase. Haven't had a chance to use it much yet but so far it has been easy to start and seems to work well.

This was my first purchase of a Westinghouse Generator. The unit was packaged well and had all the accessories. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I have not been able to test out the generator yet because it came with a broken air filter housing. Things happen so I don't hold that against the product or company, but I'll see how well the company stands behind their products and if they will ship a replacement part to me. I'll update the review if possible after I contact the company. Should be a great generator that will meet my needs.

I purchased this in anticipation of the upcoming season. I just installed a generator outlet for the house. I bought this based on price,the great reviews and the longstanding Westinghouse name brand. I will leave a follow up after it has been put through its paces. I’m confident it will perform as expected. I will give star it after it has proven itself!!🦅🇺🇸

lost power due to weather. Easy to assemble, start and run. Nice looking. Great documentation. Nice warning tags on critical assembly points. Could not be happier with my purchase especially now that my perishables and insulin were not lost. Thank You

This generator is a great value, especially since it is dual fuel! I put everything together and fueled it - started very easily on both gasoline and propane. I feel much more comfortable as winter approaches knowing I can run essential household needs in an emergency.

i bought this generator a week ago and when I tried to start it for the breaking in run, it started after the second pull of the cord. ran for the one hour with no problems. i used propane to test it and the only thing that concerns me is that during the entire hour there was a steady popping sound.

I bought this product to prepare us for the upcoming hurricane season, to test it we powered it up and plugged in quite a few appliances and it was able to provide electricity to a lot more than we originally believed. It is a perfect size to store away while not in use.

I bought this to have peace of mind in the event of an emergency when power goes out. Luckily we haven't had to use it yet, but I am very pleased with our purchase. It has nice features and I like the dual fuel source of gas or propane. Whenever I test it, it always starts with ease. .

My wife purchased this for me last Christmas. I tested it and seemed ok. Placed in storage and when The hurricane came through and I needed it to at least to keep our food cold and run our lift pump for our septic, it wouldn’t stay running. I had new gas, the oil was clean, air filter looked good, even added octane boost and it was just running rough until it quit. Then I noticed it is leaking a little gas out of the bottom of the carburetor bowl. Now I’m throwing out all of our food and if the power doesn’t come on soon, will need to find a hotel as my septic will be full.

Bought this generator to run a sump pump, oxygen concentrator, and fridge when we have a power outage. Setup was straight forward and easy to do. What surprised me was the included flexible spout to add the oil to the crankcase. It was threaded at the motor end to help prevent leaks or spills. I thought that was a great idea! Once I had oil in it, I put some fuel in it and it started right up. I let it run for about 10 minutes then shut it down. Then I got a propane tank set up and started the generator. Both fuel systems seem to work very well. Only bought the unit yesterday so I don't know how it will do running the few things next time we lose power but I don't think there should be any problem.
