The first generator I received had been damaged in transit. It must have been dropped as the frame was bent, which made the wheels rub the frame when installed. I was concerned there might be hidden motor damage as well, so I requested a replacement. This was completed and a replacement generator received within 10 days. The replacement is fine. I will begin the break In process this weekend. I noted a previous review that changed the oil multiple times until it was clean (no metal shavings) so I will do that. I also purchased gas stabilizer to extend the life of the gas in the generator and the gas tank up to two years.

I have always held off on getting a generator and finally decided to buy one after a large storm that left me without power for a few days. I am extremely happy with the ease of use and portability of this generator. Seems to be very high quality as well. Would highly recommend.

I purchased this Generator for emergency propose. It was delivered in excellent condition. It started up on the 4th pull. The unit held steady with little vibration. I wish the unit was a little more quiet. But not too bad. It was priced right. I have only used propane so far. Little smell from the exhaust. Store’s nicely and easy to move .

This is a purchase that we are grateful for! We were able to use this generator recently during the freeze in Texas and it worked very well. It did well on gas and helped us heat our home and stay connected. I would highly recommend this generator for any household!

I was surprised at how much quieter this was versus my Predator unit. The wheel kit with this unit is great and easy to install. I'm very impressed with the propane efficiency on this unit too. The tank is the right size. Other companies go smaller. My only complaint is that the handle is on the opposite side of the exhaust, but that is a personal preference. The toolkit is a very nice touch. It helps with draining the carb bowl. I'm impressed.

After losing power several times this year and the fact that you never know what might happen and how long power may be off , I decided to purchase a generator. There’s was some damage to alternator cover and to frame ,but started on second pull. Not sure how much use I’ll need, but will have it when needed.

I purchased a WGEN5300DFcv portable generator a few days ago and I've been very impressed with it so far. After the initial setup, it started easily and ran flawlessly for a few minutes. My initial test was using gasoline. I'll try the propane sometime but I need to purchase a propane tank first. I'm impressed with the quality and now I'll be ready the next time we lose power. I also plan to use it when I used corded power tools on the areas of my property that are too far for a cord to reach. Great product!

I bought this in 2020. There was a recall initially but the company took care of everything and ended up sending me a brand new unit. This unit is incredible. Use gas or LP and the ease of switching between sources is a major plus. The unit is quiet (for a generator) and gives enough power for whatever you need. Great purchase!

I bought the WGen 5300 Dual generator for the dual fuel option capabilities. This particular model meets and, exceeds all my expectations at home or when camping. It started right away without a problem. I love the fact that it comes with a pull handle, wheels and its own tools and hose for the propane fuel tank. Thank you !!!!

I purchased this generator after my previous generator was destroyed during Hurricane Ian. It was easy to assemble the wheels and foot-rests and after that it was simply a matter of adding oil and fuel. Starting the unit required only two pulls and it fired right up. I liked the layout of the controls making it easy to set it up to power household items during power blackouts.
