I brought this in preparation for the next winter storm. The package comes complete with oil and the connection for propane hook up. Lifting the item is very heavy but once out of the box and you assemble the wheels it’s really easy to move around and store. The instructions are very detailed and easy to read to help you get started. The generator comes with multiple plug ports with easy to read on off and choke. It is pretty loud but what generator isn’t. All in I’m very happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of use.

Spark plug cracked on second day of using it. Not quality reputable brands like ngk plugs or any big name brands for the carb. Air filter was like tissue paper. Plug was fouled too so carb was running rich wasting very expensive ethanol free gas I bought especially for jt. The tires feel like a little tougher version of Styrofoam 😂 Everything will rust like crazy no matter how or where you store it. First time I changed oil after it's stoped working on the end of second day and the oil was black with grey tint. Don't buy this I think there was even a recall on these in 2019

This is a great buy. I have used many generators over the years on Job sites, but I am really happy with this one. It is powerful enough to more than supply all my saws and tools, yet it rolls with only one person handling it. I really like the propane option. It has less fumes, it is less expensive to run, and I don't have to worry about draining gas out if I don't use it for a few months.

Bought as part of my birthday gifts. Quality finish. Quality features. Will run essential appliances to keep my family safe and comfortable next power outage. Due to my schedule, I have not started any break-in, but from the exhaustive research I’ve done and networking with other generator owners, and of course the price of this precision machine, I couldn’t be happier! I look forward to a solid relationship with Westinghouse.

We bought this a month ago before a winter storm was hitting our state. We didn't have to use it though, surprisingly! Love the features! If you are snowed in and run out of gasoline, it is great to just hook up a propane tank and keep our heat and appliances going! Easy to start too. Just a couple pulls and starts right up.

I just purchased and I am doing the break in. I am impressed with the wattage output for the size of the generator, which just fits under my truck bed cover. It would have been nice to have a inverter model for the sound but it will work great for boondocking with my RV. Plus duel fuel is great

We bought this generator in case we went through another winter where we lose power for an extended time. We busted it open an hour into no power and in about 30min we had heat again! Easy to assemble and then use. Cranked up after three strokes. Highly recommend.

I bought this online and had it was delivered. Added included oil and fuel unit started immediately. Connected to our camper as a test. Ran the Air Conditioner (15K BTU) refrigerator and TV. Everything worked well. Outside it seemed a little noisy. Had it in an area where resonance may have been the issue more than the noise. Bought it so we can use it for the camper. I can see using it around the yard as well. Would recommend

Because of frequent power outages the need for a generator was a no brainer. I purchased this duel fuel power generator almost 2 months ago and so far it has performed as advertised. It powered medical equipment, refrigerator, and freezer as well as a fan for a short period of time. I have not needed it luckily for extended duration. Seems to be a good product.

Probably one of the best investments in our house! Easy to start, easy to follow instructions, not that loud, Long lasting hours, capable of lightning our house and rooms air conditioner, only thing not use was oven and water heater. A plus for this products.
