Have a 4200w that is several years old and was looking for an upgrade with dual fuel option. After many hours of research over span of 3-4 months I landed on the Westinghouse for the Win! Its perfect size, powerful enough to power the items in my home during an outage. With the Warranty that comes with this and duel fuel options it was a no Brainer. Westinghouse has been around for a long time and its reliability sells itself.

I bought my unit back in November but have not had a chance to use it yet. I guess that's not a bad thing though. I did fill with oil and run for an hour and WIFE was surprised how quite it was. I wasn't far from the patio doors probably less than 15 feet and didn't have to change the volume on TV show we were watching. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is my first generator being a new homeowner in the south and I already experienced hurricane Helene. With snow and ice forecasted which is rare here I figured now was the time to invest in a generator. I chose Westinghouse because this is a name and company that's been a part of my life and my parents lives. They make a good dependable product they stand behind. I have always held off on getting a generator and finally decided to buy one after a large storm that left me without power for a few days. I am extremely happy with the ease of use and portability of this generator. Seems to be very high quality as well. Would highly recommend.

I bought this in anticipation of severe wind storms. We configured it for use with a utility transfer switch or interlock in our case. Instructions and photo were clear for removing the jumper to provide a floating neutral. Good general operation & Maintenance instructions. Easy to assemble the included wheel kit. Happy to find it came with Regulator, Oil, Funnel and Tools. Hooked it up to a 20lb propane cylinder and it started on 1st pull. I'll probably buy another, as we're on a farm 1/10 mile from the rode and utility power is fragile with all the trees.

I bought this generator to be ready in case there was another power outage in Texas like the one a couple of years ago. It was easy to get the wheels and get set up. So far we have not had to use it but feel confident it will do the job when we need it.

I bought this to power my travel trailer and really enjoy the ability to use propane and gasoline. The generator isn’t too quiet, but we use it for the air conditioning which pretty much covers it up. It is heavy and takes two people to unload. Overall, impressed with it so far.

We are very happy with this purchase. Generator came undamaged and build quality/fit and finish are great (this is a quality device). Compared to similar output units with similar features from other manufacturers the price was outstanding. The duel fuel option is awesome as a backup fuel source. The options for power output delivery are diverse and will allow for backup power given most any situation. The wheel and handle kit was also included in this package which was a huge bonus as this is a heavy unit. Again, very very happy with the purchase and am sure that it will provide us with many years of peace of mind.

I purchased this unit recently, It appears this generator is a perfect fit for my needs. I have been looking and comparing generators for the last six months to fulfill my needs. It came with everything needed, all I needed to supply was fuel. The unit started easier than previous units, I have had several in the past 30 years. I am well pleased.
