The key thing is that it works, and it makes electricity when needed. I love the dual fuel feature, but so far have never used anything but propane. It takes a few pulls to get it started (likely flushing air out until the propane gets to the engine). I got it as a backup after the issues with the Texas electric grid. But, it is handy to power electric tools at the far end of the property where it is too far to realistically string extension cords. I haven't had a generator before, but now it seems like something that I don't want to ever be without.

After the 5th power outage in our area, and our basement flooding due to our sump pump not working during the power outage, we decided it was time to get a generator for emergency situations. So far, very pleased with this product. It will also come in handy when we are doing work that requires power tools on our horse farm (that has no electricity).

Of all the products I researched this was by far the biggest bang for the buck. Living in Texas after February snowstorm of 2021 I needed something to take care of the essentials. The power and length of time I'm looking for are easily covered by this generator. I'll also be looking at a travel trailer this year so this will take care of that need as well.

I'm glad that I didn't settle for any other generator. We have lost power at least twice a year for an extended amount of time. I had researched many different generators and found this dual fuel system to be the best for my home situation and optionally for using outside the home. I always have had propane fuel at home for my gas grill but thought I would be using gasoline. I now consider the propane selection to be primary and gas as a backup. The noise level is low enough to not disturb my neighbors also. I runs so smooothly.

Power went out the first month I owned the generator. I ran the unit on propane for 2.5 hrs. The unit was attached to the house through a transfer switch. The load included a 240v well pump, 2 gas boilers (hot water, hydronic heat w/circulation pumps), 2 refrigerators, lighting circuit and receptacle circuit. The generator worked well.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I have run it for a few hours and it has not disappointed. The user instructions are clear and the multi plug options will come in handy either to supplement power to my home incase of a power outage or to run my camper. The pull cord is easy to pull and it starts great.

I chose the 5300 running watts so I could run my home air conditioners. The unit looked good out of box, no damage. Started easily and produced enough power to run my refrigerator, some lights, and my air conditioner. The manual was very clear and easy to understand. I like the dual fuel option. I also like the feature to easily drain the fuel for long term storage.

Just received this generator and love it so far. It arrived in perfect condition and has very clear directions. Adding oil and assembly of wheels and rubber stands were simple. I tried it out using propane for fuel and it worked well right away. The generator was quieter than I expected and I'm happy I bought it for emergency backup.

I purchased this in anticipation of the upcoming season. I just installed a generator outlet for the house. I bought this based on price,the great reviews and the longstanding Westinghouse name brand. I will leave a follow up after it has been put through its paces. I’m confident it will perform as expected. I will give star it after it has proven itself!!🦅🇺🇸

I purchased this a month ago and we had a horrific snow storm. It saved us a freezer full of meat! what I love the most is that it is easy to maneuver being on wheels and that it has the feature of using either propane or gasoline. This was the best purchase I've made i a long time.
