[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is incredibly efficient and easy to use. It washes clothes thoroughly, runs quietly, and fits large loads without any issues. The settings are simple to understand, and every cycle leaves laundry fresh and nearly dry. It’s a reliable, well-designed product that makes laundry much easier and faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we haven’t had this washer long, we love its large capacity and the various washing settings we can choose. The SmartThings technology is a bonus! I’m looking forward to learning more about this washer’s many capabilities and am satisfied with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the large capacity washer. I live on a farm and we get things very dirty at times. I does a great job of cleaning our clothes after a hard days work. I can set the washer to what spin speed I want and it really an efficient washer. It is also quite quiet to run which is imporant to me bc I run the washer at odd times of the day and night. This was the first time I bought a black washer. Our house is contemporary styled and it fits the decor ergonomically. . However it does show fingerprints more. Not sure I would get black again. I really do not use the phone connectivity so I can not speak on that subject.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great! The capacity is massive and easy to access upon removal of the clothes. During the cycle(s) the machine is super quiet. Every different setting I've used (Normal, Delicate, Bedding, etc.) has worked great and with great results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for another brand of washer that did not last 7 years. The tub size is great, pretreat option, and spore of spin cycle are amazing. We sometimes just have to hang up shirts or shorts to dry. Clothes come out clean and free of laundry detergent marks. We do not use the smart app application and optional settings on the display are greatly appreciated. Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer and immediately noticed that the water is very cold on the Normal cycle. According to the manual, the washer has "Automatic Temperature Control" (ATC) and Level 3 should feel like swimming pool temperature and Level 5 should feel like warm bath water on the Normal cycle. This is NOT the case. Samsung came out and said it was functioning as designed (clearly not the case as compared to what the manual said) so I had the retailer exchange it for another unit. I am having the same problem now. There is clearly a problem with the Automatic Temperature Control that Samsung has failed to address. I’m highly disappointed in the quality of this washer and would not recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this washer 2 days ago but so far I absolutely love it! So many settings and yes, I need every one of them. I have 7 kids, and need a large capacity washer being laundry is never ending in my home. Washer is insanely quite. Sleek design, Only reason for 4 stars is because it has only been two days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the deep barrel and the washing performance! I like that it shows you how long until you cycle completes. Is super convenient that you can program it from the app! The large is capacity is wonderful for large loads! Flawless design
