The lid is soft-close, so it’s not made for those with anger issues who like to slam their lids (not me). It is much quieter than my previous washer. It’s got a nifty, easy to read display (with cool little noises) that looks like they were almost made by Star Trek laundry engineers. Also, the lid is see-through , so I spent a couple of minutes watching it wash. A person is supposed to be able to connect it to the wifi, and I’m currently working on that—as soon as I’m done with this review. Ta!

The agitation is powerful yet gentle, leaving my clothes spotless and fresh every time. I’m impressed with The Samsung washer delivers exceptional performance in every way. Its large capacity accommodates bulky items with ease, while the advanced agitation system ensures a deep, thorough clean. The speed of the wash cycles is excellent, saving time without compromising results. Samsung’s innovative technology makes operation intuitive and efficient, and the configuration is thoughtfully designed for user comfort and accessibility. This machine runs quietly, performs flawlessly, and truly stands out as a high-quality appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it, got it in a black Friday sale so the price was in my budget. The settings, the performance, and the smart features are all great. The anti vibration tech gives me confidence that the drum will keep up the performance. If anything to criticize its the amount of settings. Its overwhelming and hard to know the right settings to balance between performance and energy savings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with the capacity of this washer. You can wash your biggest comforter! No more having to go to the laundromat because your bedding doesn’t fit in your washer. I love no agitator in the middle not only does it make more room in the washer for large loads, but my undergarments aren’t getting tangled all around it and being ruined.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this top load washer even thou I've never owned a Samsung washer .What initially captured my attention besides the capacity was the sleek design and Wi-Fi enabled technology, as of yet I have not used the super speed feature, but the normal speed quick wash seems adequate.

I love the auto detergent feature Cleans clothes very good. The size allows me to clean my quilts without having to go to the laundry. Great product overall!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing how quiet this washer is in comparison to the previous brand I owned. The design, capacity, number of cycle options are exactly what I was looking for. I’ve only had this for a day but certain that the upgraded technology will outperform the previous machines I’ve owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have done about 10 loads through the machine and really enjoy being able to customize the wash cycle based on the size of the load. Like that the machine has a larger capacity but can be a struggle for shorter users to get clothes off the bottom of machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning Samsung washer and dryer in my other house for the last two years, I purchased a second Samsung set for my new house. The last Samsung purchase are still going strong and the tenants love them. I purchased other brands before and ended up returning them.
