[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very deep drum without agitator makes it hard to balance load. The washer got error and stopped. Couldn’t just continue spin cycle rebalancing clothes after error occurred.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first one I had only 10 days. It quit working. They replaced it with the one I have now. I have had it only two days. It seems to be working fine. Will know more in a few days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the washer the only issue for me is that is to deep for me to reach to pull the clothes out of the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great so far! We had a Samsung washer in the past and had a lot of issues. We were told they have improved a lot, so we took another chance. So far it’s really nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer. Doesn’t weight a ton like my old washer. I love that it spins super fast making drying much faster. Definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was exactly what we needed out of a washer we had done a bunch of research and glad we decided on this one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it..huge for extra large loads Clothes are cleaner so the back and forth agitator really works Really like the self cleaning cycle too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Top load with a deep drum! No problem fitting blankets, towels, and clothes in it. Full range of options to select to do laundry. Easy to operate!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new washing machine does a wonderful job of cleaning my clothes. I love that it has the deep fill feature. It's also very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is massive. I’ve been able to wash a king comforter and a coach sleeve. I need a small stool to get the smaller items out.
