[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is basically perfect. Lots of capacity, flexible washing options with notification via the smart things app, and quiet operation. This is hands down better than the washer we previously had and gets things done faster, quieter and importantly just seems to get things cleaner! It also has a nice look to it and a quiet close lid. Would not hesitate to recommend it! In addition the smart things app notification is handy, even pops up on our Samsung TV briefly letting us know the cycle i done, convenient! The self wash function makes keeping the washer clean and odor free a simple press of a button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 5.1 cu. ft. Large Capacity Smart Top Load Washer is basically everything I wanted in my household, or any household for that matter. The large capacity is great, no more trips to a launderer for doing those queen or king size bedding washes, but if you are doing a small load it can do that too without wasting water. The load selection is basically a no brainer, it's extremely intuitive and all indicated plainly on the panel. From large load, deep fill to small quick wash it has everything you need. Silence is golden. While obviously not silent, the unit is impressively quiet in every phase of washing - at least compared to all previous units. Spin cycle and drain is probably the most noisy, but I can barely hear it through one interior door, and it's completely unnoticeable in the washroom from the main floor. The vibration reduction works exactly as it should. Oh, and the soft close lid on the unit, added bonus, just give it a bump to close and it gently and silently closes - love that. SmartThings, yes. Smart and easy! This was probably the easiest set up ever. Once the unit was installed and plugged in doing a test fill, my phone having already had the smart things app installed, detected the potential new unit and asked if I wanted to add an appliance. Clicked yes, prompted to scan the QR code on the front of the washer, and it did the rest. Connected and ready to give me notice when a load was done in less than 2 minutes! I wanted a washer large enough to handle big family sized loads, or bedding, but flexible enough to also do a quick wash without taking forever and using excessive water. This hit the mark perfectly. I'm genuinely pleased with the washer and would not hesitate to recommend it!

Not sure if I like the no agitator. I don’t think clothes get as clean as with an agitator. Like the quick wash is great at 28 mins but is it getting my clothes clean. I’m going to have to put some stains on things and wash and see. If you use the deep wash I’m sure they get clean but it’s also like a 1:30 mins to wash. I’m not too computer/tech savy either so learning how to use this was a 3 day event. Once somebody walked me through it I was good, but I didn’t think I was gonna be able to use it for a while… what are others thoughts on the cleanliness of your clothes?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely live this washer it fits a cal king comforter no problem a d I love that it spins out so well only takes 1 cycle to dry I love it im 5.1 so I have alittle problem reaching to bottom but my husband made me a step so no issues love it

Don't do it. Don't buy this washer, as nice as all the features appear to be. I've only had it for about 4 years and it already went bad. It has never handled large loads well. It leaves residue after it drains, so if I wash my white bath rugs, I have to rewash another 2 or 3 times to get the dirt left over out because it just floats on the water as it drains. The springs went bad so it gets out of balance super easy and they are expensive to replace. But the warranty was worthless so I've had to pay so much for repairs at this point that I actually wish I would have never bought it. Save yourself the trouble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. The tub is big enough to hold my king size comforter. But holds a lot for the family. I love that it softly closes and connects to the phone via smart things app. The app will let me know when I need to do a self clean cycle and the washer looks great after doing that. I love that I know how long the wash will take and that there is a quick wash option. I can also choose to delay the start time which is nice. The app reminds me when it’s done as well. I love the vibration reduction in this washer, it stays still and doesn’t move.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't buy site unseen appliances but its a Samsung so I knew it had to be good. I am not disappointed! This washer is excellent. The wireless control is so convenient. This machine is so quiet and runs so smooth. I love how it tells you it needs cleaning and when the washing cycle is completed. Cleans everything, big loads, small loads. Perfection! I highly recommend it!

The only issue is some loads aren’t spun correctly in the end which results with an error message which happens a little too often for my liking. I’ll press resume and the time will increase but results are the same so I’m just wasting water and time. Rinse & spin function doesn’t always work correctly too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say this is the coolest washer I’ve ever used. The first thing that sparked my mind was this SmartThings app. I love the option to be able to set my washer from inside especially when I have things that need to soak a little more which is also another great feature. The capacity of the washer is awesome. I’ve washed a bunch of blue jeans, towel a bed comforter and still had room left in the washer. Hands down this is the best capacity washer I have ever owned I have not tried the self clean option but assure you I will. The wash speed is great. I love the quick wash for sure. The interior of the washer is pretty cool looking. When I put clothes in I always think there’s no way these clothes can’t get clean. Oh and the vibration reduction technology is definitely noticed when you start a load.
