[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old Samsung washer went out so I got a new one. Only had this one about a month but it works great for my family of 6. The tub is very large which is great. There are so many different wash settings. I also love the delayed start, so I can set a load to be done right when I wake in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does huge loads which comes in handy with kids. It’s quiet. I love how I can keep track of it in the app. It seems to wash clothes well and I also love the built in water spout. I don’t have a sink in my laundry room so it’s nice to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using my new washer... WOW. This is great. I was happy with my old one, a Samsung, lasted until August of 2025. I thought it was 10 years old, check the code when they were switching it out. It was manufactured January of 2006. It was never as quiet as this one is, or as fast. They looked similar, but I think this one is going to outlast me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had a new washing machine since the 20th century. Samsung has brought my household into the wonders of doing laundry their way in the 21st century. And what a revelation it is! First thing I noted was the capacity size....it's huge. I can do fewer loads of household laundry instead of having to do one load after another. Everything fits in one wash. I could even wash large items instead of having to take them to the cleaners to do. Second thing I noticed was how quiet it is when it runs, and how it doesn't shudder and shake during the spin cycle. Everything comes out with less water left so is quicker to dry. In a city like LA where we are so energy conscious, this is fantastic and it'll be interesting to see if it gets reflected in my monthly utility bills. I have tried out the Samsung Smartthings App, which I use for our new Samsung dishwasher too, and it is fun. I'm not as tech reliant as my kids who use it for everything. We are total Samsung enthusiasts and this washing machine doesn't disappoint. It's another Samsung winner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SmartThings App: The SmartThings app makes laundry effortless. Being able to monitor and control my washer remotely is a game-changer. From starting cycles to receiving notifications when the laundry is done, it adds convenience to my daily routine. Capacity: The 5.2 cu. ft. capacity of this washer is impressive. It easily accommodates bulky items like comforters and blankets, reducing the number of loads needed and saving both time and energy. Self Clean Option: The self-clean option is a lifesaver! It ensures the washer stays fresh and free from mold and mildew buildup, maintaining optimal performance and hygiene with minimal effort on my part. Wash Speed: The Super Speed Wash feature is fantastic. It significantly reduces the wash time without compromising on cleaning performance. Perfect for when I'm in a hurry but still want fresh, clean clothes. Interior: The interior of the washer is well-designed and spacious. The stainless steel drum is durable and gentle on clothes, while the LED lighting illuminates the interior, making it easy to load and unload even in low light. Vibration Reduction Technology: The Vibration Reduction Technology is a game-changer. It minimizes noise and vibration during the wash cycle, ensuring a quiet and stable operation. I can do laundry anytime without disturbing others in the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had the washer for about a week, but so far, so good! I’m able to wash many items at a time, and it seems to get our clothing nice and clean. My only complaint so far is that I keep getting a 4C error code, which is a water supply issue, but we’re not able to find any issues with our water supply. So I’m not sure if it’s the machine, or user error.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not know that having a smart washer was going to change the mundane task of washing clothes into something everyone at home would enjoy. This is a big boy of a washer that can wash a load twice as big as our old 15 year old washer could. It also so silent. The silence is unheard of. LOL. Our old washer was on the second floor and the vibration was very noticeable. We can tell when the washer was done when we had silence downstairs. This new Samsung washer it is totally silent. It is mainly due to the rubber feet that reduce sound. This smart washer connects to your WIFI and will work with SmartThings and Alexa. If you have echo speakers around your house you can set it up to be notified by Alexa when the washer is done. You can also be alerted every 30 minutes about a finished load in your washer. Very handy for individuals who are forgetful about laundry. We've all been there we load the washer and get preoccupied with the kids or other chores. Then when we realize there was a load in the washer and we have to rewash it again. This feature will save you time and money. The simple settings are a no brainer to use. It is just a knob that you turn to choose the type of clothes you are washing. The auto dispenser will dispense the detergent automatically. The washer will weigh your clothes and dispense the correct amount of water. No more forgetting to change the previous setting and having your clothes not wash properly. If you want to control more of the settings you can there are buttons for temp, spin cycles, rinse and soil. This washer does take longer to wash the clothes than my old washer but it uses way less water and less detergent since it uses HE detergent. I have no complaints when my water bill comes in and it is way less than my previous bill. If you are in a hurry and need to wash clothes fast it does have a quick wash button that will wash clothes in 28 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product so far. I'd like to have a " heat the water for a child's bedding" setting. The rest is great. I like the jingles, but the children do not. Easy to use. The lid is slower than expected. I like the concept. The rebalance feature is spot on. I think this is better with the app, but that's not practical. Maybe it needs its own screen. Cleans very well. Towels feel better in hard water. More compact than the other larger tubs, yet roomy. Recommended by the delivery guy too. Overall, I'd buy a set next time, because it looks nice too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is amazing! I can fit all of my sheets in one load. I love that it can sense my loads and let me know how long loads will take. I also enjoy that it’s WiFi connected I can set it on my phone with the SmartThings app to start when I’m on the way home or I can delay the start time for hours later. I can also set it on fast wash which is awesome if I’m in a rush. I also love that it has a separate spout to rinse something off before doing a full load. The inside is nice bc the agitator in the middle is straight down and my clothes don’t get caught around the bottom. The vibration reduction technology is nice and my washer stays in place now. This is the perfect washer for my family.
