This is hands down better than the washer we previously had and gets things done faster, quieter and importantly just seems to get things cleaner! It also has a nice look to it and a quiet close lid. Would not hesitate to recommend it! In addition the smart things app notification is handy, even pops up on our Samsung TV briefly letting us know the cycle i done, convenient! The self wash function makes keeping the washer clean and odor free a simple press of a button.

The first thing that hit me was the sheer size of the drum—we can finally wash our comforters without feeling like we're stuffing them in. The Super Speed Wash is a game-changer; it gets our daily clothes done so fast, which is perfect for our busy schedule. I'm a big fan of the soft-close lid, which is a small detail but a nice touch. The one minor thing is that the drum is pretty deep, so if you're on the shorter side, you might have to stand on your toes to get those last socks out. But that’s a small price to pay for being able to do fewer loads of laundry. Overall, it's a great machine that’s been making laundry day way less of a chore.

The new features and technology will make our washing experience even better. The smart features give us information and flexibility make this purchase a real win for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got a new washer and dryer after having the same old faithful for 20 years. I have stepped into the modern ages. I love that I can control the washer from my phone. There's Soo many options that I have not tried yet. The machine is not noisy like some of the reviews mentioned. So far so good.

Love the ability to delay a wash while it is in cycle incase you are running late and won't be home in time to get the clothes out. The unit will slowdown the wash cycle for you. Love the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Washing Machine Review After my previous washing machine gave out after only a year, I decided to go with a Samsung model in hopes of better durability. So far, I’m impressed with its performance. The washer is quiet, efficient, and offers a variety of wash cycles to suit different fabrics. The drum is spacious, making it easy to handle large loads, and the spin cycle does a great job reducing drying time. I also appreciate the smart features, like Wi-Fi connectivity and notifications, which add convenience. Installation was straightforward, and the build quality feels solid. Hopefully, this one will last much longer than my last machine, but only time will tell. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase so far and will update if anything changes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after several months of struggling with the washer left me by the prior homeowner. I wish I had purchased this sooner. I LOVE this washer. It is not top of the line, but it does everything I need. I particularly love the SuperSpeed setting if my wash it not terribly dirty. The Active Water Jet gets everything clean, even on the SuperSpeed setting. The washer is quiet and super energy efficient. Very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received our washing machine, and cannot begin to express how happy we are with the unit. Albeit a bit taller than expected, a step stool may be needed for our kids that help with laundry. From the see through window, to the built-in stain washing spout, to the generous amount of smart features, this washing machine will make families happy. Connected to WiFi and the Smart Things app is a breeze, and it makes it easy to get notifications when the wash cycle is complete, as well as program specific wash cycles for a variety of clothing/bedding options and more. We have finally entered the 21st Century with smarter appliances, and we welcome it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a extra large capacity washer and this fits the bill...used powder detergent with first wash and noticed a residue left on a pair of shorts. Hopefully this is not the norm or we may have to move to liquid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using my new washer... WOW. This is great. I was happy with my old one, a Samsung, lasted until August of 2025. I thought it was 10 years old, check the code when they were switching it out. It was manufactured January of 2006. It was never as quiet as this one is, or as fast. They looked similar, but I think this one is going to outlast me!
