The combined cycle for bedding/waterproof is confusing, most bedding is not waterproof except a matress cover? The drum spins very hard on this cycle, and can bang the sides when only washing sheets and pillow cases even on the lowest spin setting. Overall, a good machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remarkable machine! I love this washer so far. I’ve only had it for two weeks, but it’s been great. I was planning on getting an Electrolux since the last two I’ve had were Electrolux and I loved them, but this one caught my eye because of how beautiful it was, so I decided to give it a try. It’s not only beautiful, but it does a good job at washing, and I really appreciate how the drawer of the pedestal opens and closes.it doesn’t sound like a big thing, but my husband has had to replace a part twice on the Electrolux.

Here is a review that is not “incentivized.” I would rate this a 0 if I could because this washing machine is a piece of garbage. A load HALF of what my whirlpool could handle would make this machine become unbalanced and make the basket thrash around the sides of the machine. Now you would think the unbalanced error code would pop up and the machine would stop so you can go manually fix it (which shouldn’t be needed in the first place). Nope! Instead the machine will add additional time to the cycle, re-add water, and try to rebalance itself (unsuccessfully) several times. I have done 20+ washes with this machine and NEVER has it ever been able to successfully rebalance. So whenever I do a load that is not small (few tshirts and shorts) I need to time the machine so I can be there immediately to rebalance it myself so it won’t waste any more water and electricity. Now maybe your machine will be okay in the short term, but the question is how long it will last. Look for actual reviews here and other places and you’ll see that the impressive average rating and the glorified reviews are nothing but a facade. As soon as I am able to I will get rid of this garbage. Not passing it on to family, friends, or even acquaintances for the matter as I don’t want them to deal with the immense headache that I have trying to do something as simple as doing my laundry. Edit: gave design a 3 because it looks fine and better than my old washer, but I have to say I would much rather an appliance work properly than look good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using my new washer... WOW. This is great. I was happy with my old one, a Samsung, lasted until August of 2025. I thought it was 10 years old, check the code when they were switching it out. It was manufactured January of 2006. It was never as quiet as this one is, or as fast. They looked similar, but I think this one is going to outlast me!

Purchased this washer back in 2020. We go it for a discount at a Sears Appliance store. The machine worked fine for a while. Now the machine has a problem once it gets to the spin cycle. The machine will show an UR code which means it will fill with water to re-balance the clothes. It will do this 3x and if the clothes still isn't leveled, it will show an UB code where the clothes will physically need to be rearranged in the drum. I had to rearrange my clothes over 10x sometimes this goes into the next day because I give up. The machine doesn't have any mechanical issues etc- I ran all the troubleshooting to make sure. It just doesn't perform well down the line. I do not overpack the washer, the floor is leveled, and still when it gets to the spin cycle, it makes the banging noises and I have to intervene. I even went as far as removing the clothes and positioning them evenly in the drum and still it shows a UR code that ultimately goes to a UB code. DO NOT BUY! This washer will not last past 5 years- especially if you have a family where washing clothes may occur about 3x a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a extra large capacity washer and this fits the bill...used powder detergent with first wash and noticed a residue left on a pair of shorts. Hopefully this is not the norm or we may have to move to liquid.

I love that the app shows me what the machine is doing, how much time is left and alerts me when the wash is complete. We just received it yesterday, so not much other feedback just yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does huge loads which comes in handy with kids. It’s quiet. I love how I can keep track of it in the app. It seems to wash clothes well and I also love the built in water spout. I don’t have a sink in my laundry room so it’s nice to have.
