[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer does a great job. The cycle finished music is a bit long. The app works very well with lots of options. If you connect your Samsung TV's to the app, you'll receive cycle completions or issues onscreen. Overall very good quality and good looks.

I love my new Samsung washer! Love all the features! Sings to me when the wash is complete! Easy to install the app so I also get notified on my phone. I especially love how you can turn on the water as you are adding the laundry soap to clean out the cap. Would highly recommend this product to others in the market for a new washer that is not a front load!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is incredibly efficient and easy to use. It washes clothes thoroughly, runs quietly, and fits large loads without any issues. The settings are simple to understand, and every cycle leaves laundry fresh and nearly dry. It’s a reliable, well-designed product that makes laundry much easier and faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a salon owner, I go through a ton of towels every day—and this washer has been amazing. The 5.2 capacity holds a big load without struggling, and everything comes out fresh, clean, and almost dry from the spin cycle. It’s quiet, easy to use, and fast, which is exactly what I needed. I’m really impressed so far and would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had a couple of days thus far, but so far so good. A definite improvement over our prior washer. Can handle large loads and clothes seem to be getting a thorough wash. Hoping this washer lasts us years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is awesome! It is quiet and loaded with useful technology if you’re the type who doesn’t mind it. I can control the settings from my phone! I already love Samsung tv’s but now I love their appliances! I bought the dryer over the summer and am very pleased with it, too. This washer is user friendly. If you’re thinking about buying one I say do it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is super quiet. The self balancing feature is really nice especially washing bedding and towels. The super speed feature is great when you have piles of laundry to get through with two teenagers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the huge capacity. Lots of cycle options. Super quiet. Does a nice job cleaning clothes, but they can often get tangled in each other. Also, the detergent drawer doesn't open very far, so it's a little bit of a pain to pour in liquid detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer and immediately noticed that the water is very cold on the Normal cycle. According to the manual, the washer has "Automatic Temperature Control" (ATC) and Level 3 should feel like swimming pool temperature and Level 5 should feel like warm bath water on the Normal cycle. This is NOT the case. Samsung came out and said it was functioning as designed (clearly not the case as compared to what the manual said) so I had the retailer exchange it for another unit. I am having the same problem now. There is clearly a problem with the Automatic Temperature Control that Samsung has failed to address. I’m highly disappointed in the quality of this washer and would not recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how large the bucket is. I can wash so much in one load. I like the slant on the lid cause it will keep everyone from piling things on the washer when it's not in use. Its so quiet! I can barely hear that it's on and spinning when I sit next to it. There are lots of cycles to choose from and the tech on it is cool. I can wash my clothes while im at work. Great job Samsung.
