While the LG Synergy Bracket may not be compatible with your 48" LG OLED evo C4, you may be able to wall-mount an equal-length shelf below your wall-mounted C4 TV to achieve a similar result. This unit does come with 2 spacer parts (AEJ76312403, AEJ76311203) to help with installing the soundbar with your TV.
