Hey there! Thanks for letting us know about your experience with your LG soundbar. We want to help improve that experience so you can really enjoy all your shows and movies from your TV with great audio. This sound should allow voice-over volume control as long as it is connected to home systems like Alexa or Google Assistant. It should also be able to support eARC features as long as the TV it is connected to also has eARC capabilities. Hey there, thanks a lot for taking the time to leave us this review. Just wanted to make sure, are you experiencing any disconnections between your soundbar and the TV, or is it just one of them? It seems like there might be some sort of connection issue either through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. In that case, we highly recommend resetting the entire unit as a troubleshooting step. While the LG Synergy Bracket may not be compatible with your 48" LG OLED evo C4, you may be able to wall-mount an equal-length shelf below your wall-mounted C4 TV to achieve a similar result.
