For those experiencing issues such as poor sound quality, poor bass, sound not much different compared to the TV speakers, i suggest they perform a factory reset by simultaneously holding the WiFi touch button on the soundbar and pressing the mute button on the soundbar remote for at least 5s. This should fix sound related issues (caused by firmware bugs).

The sound and bass is so impressive and sound clear; the television speaker was amazing in my opinion but the sound bar system has completely changed everything. I have a TV that is compatible with this sound bar system and I absolutely love the fact that you can connect it directly to the bottom of your TV easily and securely. This is great for space saving and also saves you from having to fit a shelf to your wall if you don't already have one. The Subwoofer isn't huge which is ideal but do not let it's size fool you. The bass is extraordinary! Overall I am completely inlove with this purchase not only for the sound and it's elegant look but for it's ease of use. The connects to the TV through either optical or hdmi and the Subwoofer connects directly to the sound bar (wireless). You can alter the sound you want for example cinema, music through the TV.

I purchased this is tandem with a Class C2 Series OLED evo smart TV, You can't innately sync the sound from the t.v. and the speaker through the settings on the t.v. you have to download the LG soundbar app and adjust the AV sync every single time you turn it off and back on. I've had connectivity issues in the past as well, overall it just kind of seems like the software for this device is lacking and the software developers seem to not care about the end product.

We got this item in a couple of months before and this I excellent. We paired it with my existing LG QNED tv and it’s excellent. The sound is very clear and crisp and the bass and treble it generates it noteworthy. I can be connected via Bluetooth or WiFi with different devices which is a plus. Really like and recommend it to everyone

As my TV is desk mounted I didn’t had to use bracket provided but I am sure I will be using it in the future. The build quality of the material is really good. The voice quality is really good and crisp. The way it works and integrate with the LG TV is great. The wow cast is exceptional and having no wire makes it look so compact and less clunky. The packing was really good and sturdy as well.

Setup was straightforward, though connecting to the TV was initially confusing, and I had to resort to YouTube for clarification. Once synced, the audio quality, especially when paired with the subwoofer, was remarkable, amplifying the immersive experience of movies, music, and gaming. However, the sizeable subwoofer came with challenges as it took some rearranging to find a spot for it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound bar has truly impressed me set-up is easy. The sound quality is great. I used to have an old 5.1 surround system but that really only provided truly surround sound when the rear speakers were set far behind me. This achieves better levels of immersiveness without the hassle of setting up rear speakers and my current TV room doesn't have space for that type of set-up. I was able to connect it to my phone and WiFi via the LG soundbar app which I've found to provide a very useful GUI for the soundbar which was something I was a bit surprised to see the soundbar didn't have natively even though I'm using my LG C2 tv (which it specifically says its compatible with). The app allows you to easily connect the soundbar to various input sources including Bluetooth and Alexa as well as switch inputs, perform software updates and perforn auto sound calibration amongst many other functions. I managed to wall mount it single handily using the boxed TV tray/ mount it looks neat being assembled to the TV which in turn is mounted to the wall using a 3rd party wall mount the soundbar doesn’t seem to affect TV angle or tilt. The sound only needs a couple of cables (power and HDMI both of which are provided) to get you going. The wireless subwoofer alsi worked straight away. I also like the way it fits perfectly under my LG C2 55 inch TV. They complement each other nicely. Finally the soundbar like the TV is beautifully and thoughtfully packaged lots of dropout and pull off cardboard boxes rather than having to slide the sub woofer out of a conventional box. Which may sound trivial but it really makes setting it up so easy. My only concern is how tricky it may be to add inputs to the soundbar in the future as it screwed into the tray under the TV with limited access to the input ports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own an LG 65qned866re tv and was already happy with the sound from the tv but this soundbar, the SC9, has taken it to another level. At no point have I wondered what was being said in any film or game so far. Dialogue is always clear. The bass speaker is not a constant rumble of sound but instead it actually does remind me of being at the cinema where, when the bass kicks in, it makes you feel the action without drowning out everything else. I own both the ps5 and Xbox series x consoles. I have the sound bar connected to the tv using e-arc and one of the reasons I love this sound bar is that it passes through Dolby Vision gaming, 120fps etc from my Xbox to the tv with no issues at all. There are a variety of sound options with the soundbar and I must admit some features I have not heard of before. What are DRC or Neural-X? I need to find out. I tend to use the phone app to change some settings for the sound bar. I just find it easier to see what’s going on that way rather than use the included remote. Although its taken me a few days to get comfortable with some of the features of the sound bar it is well worth it for the massive improvement it has made to my gaming and film experiences.. Looking to buy the rear speakers to really put me in the centre of all the action.. Advantages: -Truly Cinematic sound. -It’s been rewarding to play around and hear how each mode affects whatever you are watching. -WOW Orchestra brings some real clarity to older films and dvds. Annoyances: -Somethings are not immediately intuitive. e.g WOW Orchestra switches off if you enable DRC or Neural-X when restarting the tv. Dolby Atmos is not as good as I had hoped but I think it might need more tweaking on my side.
