I am very happy with my purchase. I bought this pergola for my parents anniversary gift. It took us approximately five hours to assemble everything.in my opinion, the instructions that were provided to assemble The Pergola was very easy to understand. I highly recommend this product.

Okay so this is a great product for a great price but there are a few things I want to say. This is not a novice DIY project. There are several steps that require multiple people, the hardest being the end when you put the assembled structure into the footings. You should have a good drill with multiple bits. Also two ladders and a long level. The most challenging step was bolting the footings into concrete. The bolts provided are junk. We had to go to Home Depot to purchase good quality concrete bolts. All of that being said, the finished product is strong and beautiful. A custom cedar pergola of this size would have cost six or seven times more, so it’s definitely worth it. Just make sure you have some help, the right materials, and purchase some good concrete bolts.

purchased one for our clients and had quite a few damaged pieces, cracked post, which customer service replaced right away, then we bought one for our rental house in april, had a few broken / cracked pieces in the box which again they replaced right away and now a month later now the two main beams are cracked from left to right even though we sealed it with penetrating sealer, quite a few other cracks. I know we have no humidity here in Nevada but the quality of the wood definitely is on the cheap side.

I'm happy with it. It's the right size. Quality is not the best but good for the price.

Love this pergola. Thankfully my son had a pickup to bring it home and was so kind to put it together.

Great structure. 2 of us put together. Had 3 rd person to come and hold structure to get together. We put all pieces together first. Made it easier.

Love this Pergola at $999 but after buying it a month ago Sam’s drop the price by $200. Of course we went got the refund. So for the price of $799 you can’t beat it. We had 3 people putting it up and it took them 4 hours.

I brought my pergola at Sam’s club Melbourne in 2021 went thru 2 hurricanes and it look brand new. In fact, it was a floor model. Take care of your stuff people and it will last a little. Just saying.

Just purchased this. Assembly was fairly easy. It looks great! I would recommend this . It will make a wonderful addition to your outdoor experience!!
