Purchase to put in my driveway. It was pretty straightforward toput together. My husband and i did it on a Monday and it took us about 5 hrs suggest 3 people to help on some parts of the assembly.

Great product. Instructions are super clear everything was well packed and great quality. Wish they made a smaller one for the grill area. Buy it, you won't be disappointed :)

Hired a contractor to assemble the pergola and mount it to our existing deck. He said it seemed very well-made and sturdy. He said it was fairly easy to assemble. Great value for the product.

We purchased a pergola for some partial shade in our back courtyard. The construction took us 3 easy days. The directions are easy to follow and the organization of the building is excellent. We are enjoying the space provided.

We absolutely love the pergola we purchased! It is a great addition to our deck. My husband was able to construct the whole thing without any help. He is a very “hands - on” guy however.

It has good instructions I believe it should be a 3 man job to get the Main structure up. After that one guy can finish. Not hard, but a lot to pay attention too. Looks good but when you begin, try to have 3 men. Hardware’s is pretty good feels real solid when finished. Had one board break and a replacement was sent free of charge in 3 days. I thought that was pretty good customer service

I bought this about 4 months ago. My only complaintbwss that I had to retro fit some pieces that did not fit together due to manufacturing errors. There was also a small Crack in one of the boards upon delivery. Otherwise the directions were easy to follow, simple construction with 2 people, it is sturdy, looks great and adds a whole additional outdoor space for the family to enjoy.

I love the look of the pergola now that it's built but we had a ton of cracks in our wood. Luckily customer service was so great and sent out replacements. I just question its longevity if it was splitting before we even had it built. Not our first time buying products from this company though and they never give you a problem with any issues with their product.
