The thought a cooking on the grille with charcoal getting the grill out, trying to find the lighter, finding matches, waiting for the charcoal was not a pleasant experience...now I happy to get the grill out and pour out the charcoal find the matches and bingo the charcoal is started. No muss nofuss!!!!

We use Kingsford Original at home, when we vacation, go camping and trips where we will be cooking out, we will use Kingsford Match Light. Great product, easy to use and very convenient! We enjoy the ease of use along with th ecools burning long and evenly!

I have always used match light when I grill. But the last two purchases of match light charcoal was NOT to the standard that I was use to. It took forever to light and only lit after having to put paper on it to start it. Can't say how disappointed I was with the product!!!

I bought some of this product and it would not light and didn't get very hot or stay hot very long I have always bought this and up until the last few months it worked great now not so much would I recommend to a friend no because it isn't worth the price or saving time since it doesn't burn well or get how enough. I am very disappointed in the product and probably won't be buying it anymore since it has go downhill. I cook with gas all the time that is what I love about charcoal is the different taste but don't get that anymore.

We have been buying Kingsford Match Light for years. We love it and we love Kingsford. The last 3 bags of Match Light we have bought have been horrible. They do not all ignite and they do not all burn. They also smoke horribly which we have never had a problem with before these last 3 bags. All 3 bags were bought at different stores-Dollar General, Fenn's Supermarket (local store) and Wal-Mart. Can not be said it was one bad batch. We are so disappointed in a product we have enjoyed using for years.

My husband and I love to grill and although we own a very nice stainless steel gas grill with all the bells and whistles, nothing beats the flavor of charcoal! With the Kingsford Match Light charcoal it takes no time at all to get the grill fired up and ready. The flavor that this charcoal adds to food is delicious and even on a week night we are able to enjoy a delicious steak in no time at all!

For the past year when we buy this most of the time it won't even light when it is first opened, no tear in the bag or anything. Not sure why the quality has gone down but now we have to buy lighter fluid to keep around so now we are looking into buying another brand.

I bought a 3.3 pound bag of Matchlight yesturday and number one, it did not want to light and after finally getting it started, it would not stay lite. Don't know...maybe a bad batch I guess. barcode 44600 30481 6 number next to barcode: 62074000.010Z

Never had a bag bag of Matchlight, even when I lived in the humidity capital of the world, Orlando. I always purchase the same 12 pound bag. This past Sunday, I think I got a dud. supermarket had it marked down and I bought it. The bag was dry and looked same as it always does, but about 40 percent of the brickets did not light at all. I even tried to light some of them individually without luck. Tried again last night, same thing. Some lit, some did not.

I grabbed a couple of bags of Kingsford Match Light before I headed to the lake, got the grill out of the truck, poured Kingsford Match Light into the grill then tried to light the charcoal for at least 30 minutes, No luck. I tried the second bag, still no luck, I ended up driving additional 25 miles to buy a can of lighter fluid. I will not recommend this product,
