I was very excited to use it as I take a probiotic everyday and this was designed especially for women. I found I did not have my regular stomach issues and felt less fatigued while taking these; in fact I am still taking them! I intend to buy them when I finish these as it is geared towards a woman's body and protects with a large amount of active cultures.

I started getting a lot of gas with culturelle. I don't know if it was because of the new probiotic or going off the old one. I have tried several brands before and never had gas. This went on for about a week so I stopped taking it for a week and when I started taking it again it did not happen. It seems to be a good probiotic keeping my system healthy and balanced.
