I had an abdominal sugery years ago and after that my doctor advised that taking probiotics would help restabilize my digestive system as post-op recovery and he was right; I've never stopped taking them since. Culturelle was actually the first brand of probiotics that I tried and since then I've used several different formulations from the brand. This one was new to me but seems to work every bit as well as the other iterations that I've had over the years. I can absolutely see a difference in how I feel when I'm taking them vs when I don't. I personally tend to enjoy their offerings that include the powders, gummies, etc (just because they're easier for me to swallow) but these pills still aren't too large to be difficult to take. I'd absolutely recommend trying these to someone looking for a good, stable probiotic supplement,

I've read that different strains are better at taking care of different parts of me. I like this Women's Healthy Balance for this reason, it has a couple different strains and it's for women and it's by Culturelle a name I have trusted a long time.

I don't know if I'm supposed to notice anything but the fact that nothing seems to have changed is disappointing to say the least. I bought these due to me being on an overall healthy journey,. Long story short, I developed an allergic reaction to these probiotics. Mind you, I’m never been allergic to ANYTHING. Within about 4 days of taking these, I began to experience welts on the back of my hand and the top of my foot. They were itching really bad. Then my throat started to feel weird. Like I said, I have never been allergic to anything so I didn’t think nothing of it. Once I looked up what people do when they have an allergic reaction to stuff, that’s when I knew what happened. My throat was starting to close. I took a Zyrtec and that helped. I will never purchase these again.

I started taking the product on April 17, so I have 2 weeks experience to go on. This brand of Culturelle did an excellent job with my digestive well-being. All in all I find this to be the brand for me, Culturelle Digestive Health Women's Healthy Balance. It seems right for women, made me feel ,ah, fresher shall we say. The pills are small and easy to swallow and don't leave a weird taste in my mouth like some pills. I've also noticed an improvement in my digestion since I've been taking them.
