It is nice to have a probiotic that is made specifically to help with women's health in addition to the benefits Culturelle already has. But for me personally, I take this for more reasons than just digestive health, and the extra probiotic strains are giving me some problems. (I'm unable to be more specific without "making claims not supported by Culturelle" about my immune health.) But for those taking this simply for digestive health, I'd recommend this new version.

I checked prices at the store and Culturelle is priced less than several comparable brands. I like that this one is made especially for women and is made by a brand I trust. I'll buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First in terms of the pill itself there is no after taste or gross taste with these, which is really nice. It is easy to swallow and the coating keeps it from getting caught in your throat. Also nice that it is just one pill a day and they are not gigantic horse pills. In terms of overall effect of the pill, I have to say I have not noticed a major difference. I will say that I seem to have noticed that I do seem to feel less bloated and gassy, that my gut has sort of calmed down or balanced itself a little. Some days are better than others. It seems to be a slow working progress, so it might be hard for me to tell overall, I think I would have to stop them for a while to see if I noticed the difference. So all around I would have to say that the the qualities of pill itself are great, but the overall effects are minor and slow, though there are some positive changes.
