With this probiotic, I could feel my gut health and digestion improve. As a woman it's important to find a good probiotic that takes care of not only our gut health, but vaginal health and this one hits the mark!

But not much has changed over two weeks I’ve taken it. The best things are to eat well, sleep good, exercise. I guess anyone could try these and see what they think of it because I don’t think they can hurt you, but for people like me, I just don’t have the money to spend buying products that don’t do much for me.
